Comfortable bed, good breakfast, sufficient WiFi, good views, sufficient parking, helpful staff.

hallways are non-AC, tile, so carry a lot of noise. Shower temperature difficult to control.

Room amenity and kitchen ware should provided as basic requirements need to ask for and staff need long time to response .Pillow too soft for sleep well ,no choice to be asked for

Their onsen was not clean. I got infected after using it. Bleeding.

it is dated and poorly maintained. aircon units are old and noisy. they claimed it is non smoking hotel i can smell smoke throughout the room and floor. sure they moved me but bad experience already

I had a fantastic experience at this property. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and local attractionsThe hotel provided kid room for playing with other.

I was quite disappointed with the breakfast. There was a long queue every morning, and the food selection was very limited. It didn’t meet my expectations, especially considering the price. I hope the hotel can improve the breakfast service in the future.

Location slightly away from city centre. Need to take Tuk tuk to city centre. But from map looks near but actually not that near. Increase shuttle bus service frequency and extend till night.

Fabulous breakfast & restaurant - a highlight. Loved the gym & pool. Comfy bed. Good aircon. Good view (seaview). 88 TV channels. Support staff professional & friendly. Quiet. Central -can walk to 7-11, restaurants, massage, banks, money exchange, Koh Loi & boat to Koh Si Chang. Location!

Very busy (500 guests +, 100 @bfast , school hols)...so a bit impersonal. Many different rotating staff @ reception with very poor English. Communication & getting info/help very frustrating. Si Racha is not used to entertaining English speaking tourists!

Beautiful Hotel - excellent rooms, spotlessly clean and very spacious with a separate lounge and bedroom. Bonus was a washing machine and ironing board and iron.

Gorgeous hotel and such a good price for a 5 star. The bed was huge and so comfy, bathroom was spacious and fresh towels were always provided. The small kitchen facilities were good and you could request equipment to do your own cooking, filtered water was also provided everyday.Breakfast was amazing with so many options, lots of Japanese cuisine but great continental options too with lots of fresh fruit and lots of drink choices and staff were always very friendly and helpful. The pool was great, quite chilly but nice to cool off and loved people watching and looking out to sea and was always pretty quiet. Location was good, very close to the waterfront and night market and walking distance to most places in town but they also provided a free tuk tuk service during the day which was great.

Could hear loud music from nearby clubs at night despite being on a high floor Laundry cost nearly £20 for a handful of items but I should have asked for prices beforehand and maybe gone to a local laundromat instead

The hotel boasts a great location with a beautiful view from the corner room on the 17th floor. Our "Two Bedroom Executive" room was spacious and equipped with a strong shower, an automatic flush toilet, a large refrigerator, a washer-dryer, a microwave, and an electric stove. The amenities on the 5th floor, including the onsen, steam room, sauna, gym, and swimming pool, were impressive. The rooftop bar on the 48th-49th floor also offered a stunning view.The breakfast was decent, with sufficient options, though the taste was just average. However, the restaurant staff provided excellent service.

As a hotel converted from a condominium, there are several aspects where it falls short of the standards expected from a world-class hotel chain, including decoration, amenities, and service quality.Arrival Experience: When we arrived, it was raining. Our car was parked near the stairs leading to the lobby, which lacked a roof to provide shelter from the rain. Despite this, the staff stood smiling at the top of the stairs without bringing down an umbrella to assist us (even though there was a box of umbrellas nearby). Guests were left to exit the car and run up the stairs in the rain on their own.Room Quality and Amenities: The room, converted from a condominium, lacked thoughtful design to impress guests. It felt more like a standard, ready-to-move-in condo. We booked the "Two Bedroom Executive" room at a premium price but received only four bottles of water per night. While there was a kettle, there was no coffee maker, which should be provided at this price point. The refrigerator was empty, with no mini bar, and the toiletries were incomplete. For instance, the box of cotton swabs contained only one, seemingly left over from a previous guest, instead of being replenished with a new set. Additionally, the TV, despite being an internet TV, was very small and disproportionate to the room size, etc.Housekeeping Issues: This was the most disappointing aspect of our stay. On the first night, we consumed a bottle of champagne and some snacks. When we returned to the room at 5 PM the next day, the bedroom had been cleaned, but the dining table remained messy. Empty bottles, wine glasses, and used drinking glasses were left untouched. Moreover, the bathroom towels were not fully replenished, and the small hand towel was missingม etc.
