White Wall Riverfront Hotel

Very lovely hotel. The room decorated really well and it was comfortable. The staffs were also kind. We arrived really late ⏰ about 10.30 PM, staff was waiting for us. We will go back again.

The bed was comfortable and the view was superb.

The stairs were quite steep. There’s no phone in the room.

5 star for this hotel! The room is super clean and the bed is comfy, big portion and very tasty breakfast, super relaxing & beautiful river view from the balcony.

I wanted a refill in my coffee while eating breakfast. The wanted to charge me. I refused as that’s a first for me. It was the principle not the price. Some businesses owners just don’t get it. Won’t be staying again

My room was very large; the style somewhat industrial chic with polished concrete floors and very very high ceilings. I had a great river view. There was a selection of dishes available for breakfast which had to be ordered the prior evening, both my choices proved very good. All of the staff in this small hotel were lovely, and I would definitely stay here if visiting Kamphaeng Phet again.

Ambience and staff

1) Though the hotel has certain ambience, it lacks quality in the details. Shower water pressure uneven, bath water very slow and only lukewarm, shower faucet leaks water to the floor. Terrible paint job. Outside tables and chairs broken; 2) Only 1 staff speaks English and when she is not there, hard to communicate; 3) location of hotel is at least 30 minutes to the historic park on tuktuk and was told no taxi in town (though later said there was); there is nothing around it other than one restaurant nearby; 4) a young lady seems to be the owner of hotel but showed no interest in interacting with guests and at one time blocked the hotel entrance sitting in her car talking on the phone (oblivious to her surroundings); 5) hotel is overpriced for the area

Beautiful boutique hotel in close proximity to the UNESCO World Heritage sites. Perfect for a short stay. Delicious breakfast

The property itself is very clean and cozy. The bed is very comfortable. It’s situated on the beautiful and quiet river bank. Its little garden is charming.The staff are exceptionally lovely. The two dogs are very friendly.

The photos used in booking.com seem to be rather clickbait than the real deal. We booked two rooms, and none of them looked like the photos we saw when we booked. The reason why we booked this hotel was based on the photos we saw. Unfortunately, the reality has nothing to do with the promoted photos, and the stay was rather disappointing. The staff didn't inform us about the WiFi password nor which room is in which category. We discovered after a few hours that my wife, our baby, and I were in the wrong room and the suite we booked had non of the nice amenities we saw in the room description... Overall the hotel was not clean, dirt and dust everywhere...

it is an awesome stop over between Bangkok and Chiang Moi.The rooms are awesome and the breakfast is a real treat.

Shower could do with a little more water pressure.
