Clean and comfortable room. The shower was particularly good, having a glass door that prevented water soaking the rest of the bathroom. No restaurant but plenty of eating places nearby. Free parking. Good location but a little bit noisy.

The lights in the room is a little bit dark. It should have more lamps or change to the bigger light bulb.

Great hotel in a very relaxed neighbourhood (near the University) with a lot of great tasting and cheap food options. Good size rooms. Great value for money. 10 minute walk to the beach. Many 7-elevens within 5 minute walk.

Location was ok and it was clean

Bed was too soft and ended up with a bad back. Staff didn’t go overboard to look after you.

Plenty of space in the room. Clean (but under the bed should be swept more). We were given water, towels, shampoo when we needed them. Reception was helped us call a hotel in Bangkok when we needed to & were friendly. The language barrier was tricky at times, but all of us used translate app & most times it was good.

Reception could've been more helpful in getting us a motorbike sooner. We finally were able to have one brought to the hotel on the 3rd day, but they only brought 1 helmet for 2 people. We had to wait almost 2 hours for the 2nd helmet to come. The pillows weren't comfortable. Beds were hard but most in Thailand are.

the frustration. wifi is not working.you received a small piece of paper with the user name and password one person/each day. but it is super weak and often got cicked out. Need to sign in again. Doesn't worth it. Bring your own wifi and use yours to reduce

The bed was quite comfy. The bed was soft and clean. The location was close to other restaurants and shops around Bangsaen Area. The room was pretty clean.

The wall was too thin to the point that we could hear what other people in the other room talked. We could not sleep properly at all in that night.

Location was good in a quiet and safe area. Room and bathroom very clean, cool A/C, Comfortable bed, well maintained property and the best was the great service of the staff . My 3 rooms were next to each other as I requested and they also allowed me to check out one hour late.

Overall Clean and Decent. Facilities were ok, everything worked Bathroom shower hot . Good enough for the price and the purpose.

They don't advise in advance that need to give a deposit for the key. Always annoying if its not made clear in advance.

The location is located near the shopping area and the university, transport was easy andrestaurants were close to the location

I heard the sound of the ambulance and big bikes during the night. maybe it’s because I stayed on the top floor.

the room was exceptional clean with a nice comfy bed also the staff was very friendly and helpful even though there was a barrier language.

I really didn’t find anything that I would say didn’t like, I got more than my money’s worth it at this property.

It was clean, the stuff was friendly. Pillow was quite soft and comfortable.
