Kantary Hotel and Serviced Apartments Amata Bangpakong

Everthing is fine, but there is a musty smell in the room, similar to watee that has been stagnant for several days. There is also a constant noise from the water system, which is quite disturbing. Additionally, some items were out at breakfast, and the staff did not replenish them in a timely mamner.

Excellent breakfast for a 3-star hotel.

There was not anything I disliked. The room was a little small, but, then again, I could book a bigger room. ?

The property is clean, neat and tidy. Staff are nice and friendly.

The location is quite far from the landmark like Pattaya or Bangsean and it’s near to Bangkok versus if we drive back to Bangkok is easy going back right away, but understand for the business trip this is nearby the business area

- Good location for working in Amata city chonburi- friendly staffs

- full of Cooking smell around the floor, because guest always open the door during their cooking with strong smell food making annoyed to other guests in the same floor. Hotel shall separate the long-term guests and short term guests with different floors. And hotel shall prohibit the guests from opening door when they are cooking.- Air condition in room cannot adjust angle of air blow at check in. (Need to call staff to fix) - Breakfast is poorer. Few choice, lower grade/quality of food (Dolly fish, less meat, no Japanese salad dressing), even a lot of guests in breakfast, always found empty dishes- too expensive at this price with above poor quality.- should arrange better room for guest separate from the long term guests

Have an open balcony where I can dry my clothes, very convenient for a quick wash. Suitable for a couple of weeks business trips.

If you have to be in the Amata area, the location is great. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Very nice hotel, helpful staff, good restaurant with big menu. We extended our stay.

There are many kinds of food for breakfast.The restaurant supply Japanese food.Easy to call for taxi on GRAB. There is no noise around the Hotel, can have a good rest there.

In one room the free wifi can only be used for 3 devices. If two person live in one room, it is not convenient. The wifi speed is very low.

People, employees are super nice to their guests.The breakfast is amazing.

AC in the lowest price room could be a little unstable (it takes too long to cool down the room and sometimes it could be super cold inside the room).

Good restaurant in the hotel

Stayed at this hotel for three days. We got a room in the back building, with a faulty air conditioner, no hot water and with a unpleasant smell. There is no desire to return to this hotel again.

I enjoy the services alot. Good food. Friendly staff. I will come back when I visit Chonburi next time.

Telephone network is not good

Stayed for four days on a business trip. Needed somewhere where I could work (= good wifi) plus good restaurant.Hotel facilities were good. Restaurant served good Thai and Western food.

After some initial issues logging into the wifi that worked well. Note the area is industrial so unless you are there for work, there isn't much to do in the area.

I don’t want to clean up my room but the hotel should fill the drinking water or hang it at door handle. This is the simple practice from 3star hotel.

Room at new building not ready yet but hotel open for booking without notice/caution information to guest at booking page. Strong Paint/thinner smell in room. The way to room not ready, full of dust, under construction. Elevator out of service/ not on. Television in room not set up. Air con& compressor are very noisy and louder when working. Toilet equipment not clean, toilet flushing system not good suction. When the rooms/services not ready and no pre-info at booking page, hotel shall have full accountability for changing the room which ready condition even to upgrade room without charging or at east it shall compensate to guest with anyway of hotel privilege. The blue light is always blinking at keycard slot making disturbance to sleep. The bedding sheet and blanket cover is hard and irritate the skin.
