J. Park Hotel

There are two restaurants and taste was good. Room is specious but the shower head holder was loose, could not hold the shower head i. The position. I have to hold it with one hand while showering.

Food in Japanese restaurant is great! and hotel price is value for money.

Facilities are not in the good condition. Lift was broken twice during our stay (just 1 day). No staff in each building. The water has metallic odor and taste due to stain inside. Building is also dilapidated.

Nice quiet area. Large facility with restaurants and gym. Car service was available.

Location was away from everything. Trip to and from central chonburi 150 each way. BKK ride was 1600 one way. Glad they had car service but was more expensive than bolt or taxi service.

Staff, property, and restaurant are very good.

This hotel is very strange in that you cannot charge expenses to your room. Everything is a cash transaction which is a nuisance. It is the only hotel where I have stayed that does this. I was able to discuss and resolve this issue by physically giving my credit card to the front desk to hold during my stay. Very strange and not business professional nor accommodating. This is a very bad hotel policy, not the staff's fault.

I like the atmosphere. It's clean and shady. I've stayed here more than 5 times over the past 3 years. The rooms are spacious and the staff are lovely.

The atmosphere is nice, shady, and there are many trees. It is located on the main road, making it convenient and fast to travel anywhere. The swimming pool is clean and spacious. There is a fitness room that you can use. The food is delicious and the taste is very good. The staff is cute, friendly, and provides very good service.

Rooms were ideally equipped and reasonably sized for the price.

Didn’t realise how big a complex the hotel was huge with 5 blocks of 5 story buildings.

Very clean and presentable, modern and would use again as it had a nice warm shower and massive bathroom.

Absolutely nice vintage japanese style hotel with its own onsen. Rooms were great. Especially liked the onsen and japanese restaurant with a huge variety of dishes in the menu. Great value for money.

Railing on the stairs at the entrance and inside hotel should be added or renowated ASAP to avoid any incidents and to make the hotel a safe place for travelling with kids. Maybe we would consider this hotel a good place for a long stay in case it would have a kids club or a small playing room.

The room was clean and reasonably priced for the holiday season.

The room has a great layout. The view was good.

Overall, the hotel wasn't clean. There was dust underneath the furniture and bed in the room. Outside the elevator, there was dust and footprints on the floor. The carpet in the elevator wasn't clean, and when we went for breakfast, the tables hadn't been wiped after the last guests had eaten. We had no towels in our room and had to call reception to bring some to us.

Great hotel for the price. The staff greeted us pleasantly with room service. The first thing we looked at was the bed, which was comfortable, and the bathroom, which included a shower and bathtub. We also went to their onsen to rest, which was great. We will definitely return here. It was wonderful, truly. 10/10
