The City Hotel Sriracha by BBH Japan

Good

Free WIFI just be allowed to connect two devices and everyday should be connected again, it is very inconvenient.

Breakfast is perfect with various menu. Location is also close to main road. Staffs are hospitality. Room light are sufficient to work.

Wifi is pretty slow and limited for 2 devices/room only. This is insufficient even for one person, I used mobile, Ipad and computer.

The staff are friendly, the parking attendant is helpful, they provide free popcorn and drinks in the lobby, offer complimentary bike use, and are centrally located.

The gym is adequate, though it appears dated.

Love the variety of facility and location. The area is quiet and has restuarant and 7-11. The gym is really big and quite well equipped with machines. There is also a swimming pool.

Unfortunately the facility is a bit old, It doesn't affect the function. We were looking forward to Onzen but it was undermaintanance exactly when we arrived, we weren't updated cause it's through booking but we really were looking forward to the onzen. The onzen also only available for men sadly.

The hotel is clean. The room is clean and well equipped. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They provide free coffee and popcorn at the lobby. There's parking under the building. Swimming pool open early and close late. There's 7-11 on the opposite side of the hotel. Close driving distant to shopping malls.

Swimming pool floor tiles need some maintenance. The bed is quite hard, not comfortable. We can hear noise from the road outside.

Great location, walking distance to the mall. Quiet place. Super value! Will not break the bank!

The bed was very hard. Need updating and some new paint and furniture.

Location - super convenient especially if you travel buy public transport Robinson only 5 minutes away walk and there’s 7-11 opposite the hotel Breakfast - they serve Japanese and European food mostly are pork chicken and fish Staff - all staff are so kind and helpful Room - the hotel maybe quite old but still cleanthe air conditioner is working fine the room has no musty smell at all

I’ve booked just an hour before I checked in and I’ve tried to call many times for confirmation but no one answered even called from the hotel room

High standard, very friendly, good facilities.huge fitness, lovely pool , can put japanese customs in lobby.the room is big , mattress and bedding super comfortable.highly recommend

Breakfast, fitness and onsen

A bit old hotel but well maintained

Clean rooms, value for money.Convenience store just out of hotel entrance

Minimum amenities in bathroom( no soap for hand wash), towels are overused and thinned down. no vegetarian options in breakfast. On a side deserted street( though only few minutes from Mall area)

We used the gym and sauna. They are old machines but satisfied. Good breakfast!

Onsen should be able to be used by both men and women.

- The location is best- The bed is so comfy - The fitness is great- The breakfast is excellent

- The receiptionists were not friendly and not well-welcomed and informative.
