Parking area is quite narrow and some of cars parked on the way-in parking lots.

In need of a refurb - rooms are clean but tires

We were in a one bedroom apartment. Both living and bedroom were large but fixtures and fittings were very dated. The large king bed was rock hard, seems to be a Thai thing. Balcony was too small to put a chair on, view was rubbish anyway. Full size snooker table in its on room was great. Pool was lovely.The restaurant was great. They push their Mediterranean menu but we had Thai on 2 nights and it was amazing. Tommy in the piano bar was great fun.

It was a beautiful facility in a great location in Sri Racha. I like everything from the breakfast buffet that was quite extensive, room very clean with comfortable bed, and the staff was excellent and accommodating. The director manager of the hotel by the name of Thitlehun was excellent during my Unfortunately accident while I was in Thailand. I suffered a bad fall in a tour and fractured by ankle. As a result I had to return to the USA for further medical treatment. While making arrangements to return home and getting out of the hospital there in Thailand the manager and the hotel staff made accommodations during by last days of my stay bearable. I am so grateful to him and staff for being empathic to my unfortunate situation. I will forever be grateful.

The hotel staff are wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and lots of selections. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is good and not too far from the beach. The view from the mail pool is beautiful. Great workout facility as well.

It was difficult to find the property. I ended up at a hospital using Maps but eventually found it and arrived safely.

Room ready upon check in. Fast check in and check out.

the hotel put me inannex building , while there were rooms in main building. The quality of annex building was not in acceptable standard and aircondition was not working properly.In any case,, the hotel changed my room to the main building which was satisfactory.but why the hotel did not put me in the main building from the first tinstance ???

- size of the room is larger than average- good breakfast- location is located in the middle of Si racha

-the facilities are quite old e.g. table tennis and their racket, the fitness room

everything was good. our room was not in main building but annex building but didnt feel comfortable.water pressure was perfect.

Good location and there are many food area. Also near by beach side. Very close to beach and good for walking around in the morning.

Totally nice but it just want to more water volume. (I understand that hotel put information that they save the water for environmental activity)

We stayed under Thailand’s Test & Go program, a 1 night quarantine until RT-PCR Covid test results come back. Everything the hotel arranged… transport from airport, pre-checkin Covid test, and checkin/room stay was quick and well done.. especially important with us landing just after midnight. Breakfast was a full meal, room service was available for lunch/dinner and delivered food promptly, room was typical of a serviced apartment. All in all, a very positive stay!

Very efficient staff and great rooms. Very clean and a great location, only about two blocks from the beach and park area.

Breakfast was quite good. Location is not bad able to walk to the sea. Overall we were satisfied.
