Excellent View of the Room and we got the free upgrade, Excellent Place to stay with, Best Facilities with Near to Beach as well. 100% Recommend this Place for the stay and their food prices and drinks prices are also reasonable in the hotel.

Everything was perfect, i cant say anything that i did not like.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel overall—beautiful rooms, friendly staff, great location, and top-notch amenities. The service was attentive and everything ran smoothly from check-in to checkout.

The only hiccup was with the deposit: I paid 2000 baht upon arrival, but at checkout, staff initially returned only 1000 baht and had me sign a receipt for that amount. After I asked about the full 2000 baht, they provided the remaining 1000 baht. It was confusing at first, but it got sorted. I hope the hotel streamlines this process for future guests.Otherwise, highly recommended!

I had a really pleasant stay. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable, and if any issues staff resolved them quickly. I’d be happy to come back again.

Not really a complaint, but I was upgraded to the honeymoon suite. Just a heads-up: everything there is open view, including the bathroom—no privacy at all. I ended up switching back to a regular room because that was a little too much “sharing” for me. It should be better stated that is the case in room descriptions or when asked to upgrade to that room. Other rooms have better privacy. The staff was very helpful

View was great, clean, felt like new. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Dinner Buffet was fabulous!!Very near the mall, staff were great

Gym was tiny

I booked two rooms and stayed there for a week. On the floor I was on, there was a room next to mine where someone was smoking. The door was open, and the entire floor smelled of smoke. I reported it to the hotel, but they did nothing. The question is: If a fire breaks out, who will protect my family? This is the worst place I've stayed in Thailand, and it doesn't deserve five stars.

The Hotel was excellent by any means. It is a nice place to stay, close to a shopping mall, street food and restaurants as well. It is around 15 mins walk from the beach at the north side. It is a quiet, relaxing and high level place to stay.

Our AC "smelled" a bit as we got to our room but as we reported, they cleaned it immediately and scented our room as well.

Breakfast,pool staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was very clean.

Ants lots of ants in my bed, on the couch, on my electronics. Not good. Wasn't handled well either.I really wanted to give this place five stars and it started out great. The rooms are crazy large and super nice looking but when I woke up this morning to ants everywhere all in my bed on the couch crawling on all my electronics.I was absolutely pissed then when I told the manager about it, he seemed un concerned and just move me to a less nicer room on a lower floor so I got downgraded basically for having ants in my room.i’ve never had this happen and I traveled all over the world and stayed in really nice hotels. This is ridiculous.if I was you, I would stay away from this hotel looks can be deceivingalso, another thing to note is the music thumps through the wall till 3 or 4 AMSad because amazing views and most of the staff were super friendly and nice. They need bug control. I'm not in Bali and I'm not at a $20/n hotel.I want a refund. Won't sleep tonight... I feel ants crawling all over me. By everywhere I mean the bed, couch, walls, by the TV. I just hope none of my expensive electronics aren't ruined. Won't book they booking com again either. No support no help.Safe was hard to get to and didn't work. I like the electronic curtains

The place is like a military camp they giving you rules for everything. The stuff is like a gangs and really it’s very bad to stay here and the first site I want to actually extend my stay but when I start to use the facilities, I realize this is not a hotel even if you ask for a manager, they will give you a department manager. There is no buddy managing the hotel as a general manager, and you will notice the gang style immediately once you get into the ground floor.

The location is nice. It’s located in the good area of Pattaya. It’s within walking distance to a shopping mall and some other attachments. Although it doesn’t have direct access to the beach, I can still enjoy the sea view from my room on 11th floor. The western food is alright. The Asian food (Chinese and Thai) is superb.

I did like the location and the pool bar area with great views and it was very clean however some things really let it down the Gym/ fitness room is a joke for such a modern hotel aimed at younger people virtually nothing in such a tiny room it would be better to not have one than one so bad!There were no cupboards or wardrobes for clothes for such a large room actually hardly anywhere to actually put anything. The drainage chanel in the floor near the bathroom is absolutely dangerous and a trip hazard and it also has a sharp edge if you got up in the night for the toilet you would very likely trip or easily cut your toe!The glass screen for the shower and bathroom looks nice but there should be a blind in the toilet area for obvious reasons.The fact that check in is not on the ground floor is quite annoying you have to go to two floors on check in and check out, both check in and check out seemed to take far too long for such a modern hotel. Inthink a few small changes and the hotels would be amazing but these really spoilt it for me and another guest commented on the gym being to small to even use.
