Novotel Marina Sriracha

Confortable room. Clean and quiet. Nice decoration and cozy hotel.

While having a drink at the nice roof bar before dinner we ordered some french fries and when we tasted them we decided to have dinner somewhere else.

I like the cleanliness. The staff was also kind by allowing us for the late check-out as we arrived quite late at night.

Overall was nice though. If the breakfast had featured something more special, I would have rated this place 10.

The lights are a bit dark and the toilet door.

The club on the 25th floor was too crowded especially within the cocktail session. So we have to sit on the sofa in front of the elevator instead. However, the club staff had tried their best to manage the situation.

Overall a typical Novotel hotel

Food at the rooftop bar was poor quality. We could not regulate water temperature in the shower properly. It was either just cold water or burning hot. We did not manage to get a proper shower. Room 1113.

The rooms are large, spacious and clean. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The room rates are very reasonable. Location is good, near the market, there are restaurants beside it and central mall is less than 10 minutes away by taxi. The spa and masseuse are the best. Also in the lobby lounge, they have yummy choco chip cookies for sale

Great Location & Views: The hotel is in a great location, housed in a high and modern building with beautiful views of Sri Racha Bay. The sunset from our room was stunning.Exceptional Staff: Every staff member we encountered—whether at security, check-in, or the sky bar—was polite, kind, soft-spoken, and very helpful. Their warm hospitality made our stay even better.Convenient Nearby Markets: There’s a mini night market close to the hotel, and the wet market isn’t too far. We even bought original Sriracha Sauce from there, which was a great find!

Weekend Crowds: The hotel gets very crowded on weekends, with all rooms fully booked.Limited Parking: The parking was full, and we had to park at a nearby building.Overcrowded Facilities: The pool was packed with kids and people, and the lounge was also full, making it difficult to fully enjoy these spaces.

The restaurant wasn’t that good, but the breakfast buffet was great.

Convenient on TV and personal device connection. Youtube, Netflix connection. Also the speed of the wifi internet.

Breakfast downstairs was a pleasure lovely view, attentive staff, good selection, chef on duty for omelettes, large gym the swimming pool is a good size with sun lounges, the spa is very good

The towels, these where frayed, needed replacing we also had drain smells

Wonderful ocean view, nicely decorated, relaxing private room. Cleaning staff was very helpful. I loved their private pier and the back door to small villages and seafood restaurants.
