Hotel Sunset Orchha

I really like to stay in this hotel, the room have a great space, comfortable bed, clean and the view is amazing! They do also good food, is a family hotel and I felt very welcoming. Thanks, I recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in Orchha. Price was good for us. It is a budget hotel and guesthouse with double rooms and cheaper, shared rooms. We stayed on the top floor, staying in one of their more expensive rooms. Accommodation was ok, could be cleaner but ok. The room was airy, bright and spacious. Bed comfortable. Had a fridge, fan and air con with an extra charge. Shower was hot It was nice to have some shared space outside the room to eat. The owner and his wife were really nice and helpful. If you are thinking of staying here, it's worth contacting him about getting there from jhansi and any move on plan. I thought the food was good. Also the staff were nice. If you are not a budget travellor this is not for you.

The hotel is owned by a family and they are all so lovely and helpful! Very nice to deal with everyday, and showed us a room with a better room we could upgrade to for a smaller price. The place is tucked away in a quiet street but close to everything you need. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the fan and AC work great. Nice view from the rooftop and the common area upstairs. You can also buy cold water downstairs. Loved our stay, great value for money! Highly recommend

The property has an amazing location which is perfectly within walking distance with Orccha's main sights. The staff was also excellent and even gave us the possibility to upgrade our room for a small fee. It was definitely a very cheap stay!

Space, cleanliness and the facilities were a bit lacking. For 3 people I recommend taking a bigger room than just one with a double and single bed. Also, as in many places, there seems to be a huge lack of places to place your belongings, especially in the bathroom. Finally, some surfaces could easily benefit from a wiping down.

Staff Behaviour was good. they helped with the itnary so it become easy to travel. room was clean and spacious.

Amazing value, staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean. We had a neighbor who started playing music pretty early in the morning, like 7:00am, but it was good Indian music and kinda added to the ambience, so we didn’t mind at all(you should be up for the sunrise anyways, which is amazing here). The staff helped us book transportation to our next stop and showed us around the temple. Also, if you’re going to eat somewhere definitely go to Open Sky restaurant

Nice hotel for short stay. All temples are located nearby the hotel.

Centrally located. All tourist attractions are close by. Great view of Chaturbhuj temple. Rooms were clean. More importantly, bed linen, blankets, pillow covers, towels everything was super clean.

Bathroom could have been bigger. You need to climb 4 difficult flights of steps if your room is on the second floor.

Location, major sightseeing spots are walking distance. Owner family is very helpful to organize taxi transfer to Bhopal and Khajuraho.

Little guest house in great position in the center of orchha. Staff is really kindly. I think that the accomodation need to be little be renwal. the rooms are acceptably clean. Ok Breakfast

The location was right in middle of everything but still quiet on an evening. Beds were super comfy. Staff were exceptional. Great value for money.

I have booked the Deluxe AC Room but the owner offered the best room on second floor at very regional price and we took it. It was a extremely nice room. The mattress was the best mattress we get in India. White Sheet under the blanket was a rare thing in India. I will say the view was extremely good.The best stay in India so far. And also you can pay by Card as well.

An excellent value for money stay in Orchha. We took the upgrade offered by Owner. We had a room on the top floor which was lovely. Very comfy bed. Breakfast and meal options were very good. We arranged laundry which had a v quick turnaround. Owner also arranged our taxi to Khajuraho - which was exceptionally priced , we had the best local taxi driver. Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Sunset Orchha! The location was perfect, with easy access to all beautiful attractions to Orchha. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed.
