- It was spacious, and comfortable. Two beds and they were big and everything was there.
- No restaurant in Hotel. Next store and close by has different restaurants. Walking distance to supermarket, train station. Short walk to bus stop to/from ski field. Inside room can connect to WiFi.
- Although the hotel was old, it provided the basic necessities. My partner and I had a pleasant stay~

- It was on the expensive side for what I got, and it was quite far from the station. Not much thing around and you'd definitely need a car to get around Furano
- In peak season, restaurants are difficult to book. Although not hotel's fault. I don't remember there is microwave.
- It would be good if the hotel had some instructions regarding the heater as we did not know the heater switch was for the heater, until when we entered into the elevator, there was a poster and it stated that customers are not to be confused for the switch to be the aircon.It would also help to provide some mineral water in the rooms as well.
