Pros +
- We enjoyed the buffet which was refilled constantly till the very end. The hotel was fully booked so they offered different dinner starting times what helped to not have any queues at the buffet. There was something for every taste.Unfortunately the pool wasn't open while we were there, which was very disappointing.
- Onsen was excellent and the food was good.
- Great location. Close to everything we wanted to do. Sauna, cold bath were great to see with the rest of the onsen baths.

Staff are not well trained and not quite polite as expected. When you speak to them they are just doing their own thing but not looking at you at all. The hotel is old.
It’s within a walking distance to the Shirahige Falls and bus stop. Hotel provides a night tour to the Blue Pond which was very nice and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were also great!!
It’s pretty old and outdated on the main building and rooms, but the dining area was renovated and modern updated.
The breakfast and dinner buffet are very good. There are many dishes for your selection (The specialties of Japanese food, Sashimi, western food, hot pot... ) The service of the staff are very helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is very near the travel spot 白ひげの滝 & 白金青い池
The air-conditioner in the room is not cool enough.
It’s very convenient - next to JR station and Aeon shopping mall. From Asahikawa airport just a bus to reach to Asahikawa Station. Rental car also just in the rail station.
The size of the room is small, but it’s alright if you just need to sleep.
