Furano Natulux Hotel

The onsen is clean and big. The location is closed to the hell valley only 10' walk.

The staff! They were so helpful! They went above and beyond with our requests and they help us with all the paperwork to have our big ski bag shipped to another hotel in another town.

Room Size, out dated room

Very conveniently located by the train station and bus stops that go to the ski hill. Near great restaurants and marts as well. The staff is very kind and helpful. The Japanese set breakfast is delicious!

No complaints

Breakfast was good. I would like to thank one of the staff by the name of Fu Kui and the Lady Boss. I had a fall at night and was sent to hospital by an ambulance. I was lucky to have Fu Kui who was fluent in English, accompanied me throughout the night and able to translate English to me. The next morning, the lady boss (still very concerned about me) asked Fu Kui again to accompany to hospital to collect a memo for insurance purpose. Their services are 素晴らしい!!!!

Location is good. We drove so the places of interest is not very far away.

Staff could be more friendly.

Even though it is not crazily expensive, but the roomis bad. We paid higher price for bigger room, however the room layout is weird and there is no space for luggage unload. Very bad experience and did not worth it.

Excellent central location for exploring Furano and the surrounding area. Room was clean and quiet, and beds were comfortable. The onsite onset was a great way to unwind at the end of the day.

Onsite eating options were limited, but this wasn't a huge concern for us, because there are restaurants nearby.

Close to eateries. Decent western set or Japanese breakfast.

Women’s onsen was very small. Pillows in the room were either too hard or too soft.

This hotel is basic and small. There is a small onsen that accommodates at most 3 to 4 people at the same time. There is no restaurant nearby, although Furano Station is very close tot the hotel. The hotel offers dinner and breakfast, but a 7-day advance booking is needed. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel, and it provides everything we need for a one-night stay.There are a few parking areas nearby, and it provides clear instructions on where to park. The parking is easy.

Well situated hotel in Furano. The staff is always wonderful and very helpful.

Rooms are a bit dated but very clean.

Perfect location, right across Furano station. Close to many restaurants and convenience stores.

A bit pricey. The in-room TV doesn't support Netflix or YouTube login. The room felt a bit small for accommodating two mid-sized suitcases.

Japanese type business hotel with compact rooms and bathroom. Mattress was worn out and too soft. Aircon was barely coping in the summer temperatures. Breakfast (Japanese set) was ok. Overall, just adequate and we stayed because of location of our visit. Had better value stays with better breakfast in other previous Japan visits.

Minimal service due to shortage of staff. Uncomfortable mattress.
