Winery Hotel and Condominium HITOHANA

I've stayed here five times now. It is my favorite hotel in Furano and very good for access to the mountain.

I loved how close it was to the ski lifts, and close to restaurants

The bed was a bit hard and the pillows small and cumbersome

Extremely clean, helpful staff fully fluent in English, great food in the buffet breakfast, and terrific amenities like a public bath, shuttle to the nearby ski resort, and ski lockers. Great location too for skiing.

Free shuttle to the train station, very good breakfast buffet, free wine tasting (5 different wines, 4pm to 10pm), free washer and dryer, very spacious rooms, good wifi signal

Location inconvenient to reach without a car, breakfast very pricey (2700)

All in the room is very good and provide us with a good rest. The mattress and the pillows are very comfortable.

The staff (not japanese) is not very effective in communicating with me.

The excellent breakfast with the milk tasting options, pudding tasting options, and variety of food for a small space…amazing chef. The room was comfortable and bright. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room is spacious and comfy. They do have free laundry machines at the hotel as well which is a big plus!

The place wasnt very convienient, the nearest convienient store and restaurants around that area is 10-15mins walk. There is also no train stations nearby and the nearest bus stop is a 10 min walk as well.

Great hotel, about 200 meter walk max to the Gondola. Staff were very friendly, breakfast OK, Onsen not traditional but nice facilities and great for soaking in. Rooms a good size, had a small bar fridge, good bathroom facilities. Overall very happy with our stay. Carpark not onsite but literally a 2 minute walk up the hill on the right. Hotel shuttle up to the slopes. Value for money as I booked early. Some good restaurants within walking distance but need a car or taxi into main town.

Breakfast is great, rooms and confortable, the hotel is well located and has very good facilities (sky closet, onsen), staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond beyond to make you feel welcome (wine tastings, reservations at restaurants)

Everything is superb, especially staff very helpful, welcome drink so amazing and breakfast here is really tasty.

the pillow in my room is not comfortable.

Fabulous staff, good size rooms, great breakfast, super clean, free bus to slopes, free wine and coffee every day, they arranged luggage transport

This place was awesome! The staff were amazing. Room was great, very comfortable and clean. The shuttle to and from the slopes was perfect! Well organized drying room. Laundry facilities available (Also well organized) Free wine tasting each afternoon. The day we checked out they dropped us to the station. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff are very helpful, polite and provided very good services to us. The free shuttle to ski resort service is fabulous. The hotel facilities are good. Room is spacious and clean. Highly recommended !

New with modern facilities. Washing machine in the hotel available for free. Nice lounge and a very good breakfast spread.

you need to rely on the shuttle service to get to the ski slopes.

Great sizes rooms, staff is very helpful and theres a shuttle bus to ski/snowboard areas every so often. Good food at their restaurant had it twice during our 3 night stay.

The room was a decent size, clean and had access to entertainment options so we could watch TV in bed after a long day on the hill. Shower was great and the lavender products were lovely, beds were comfortable. Great view of the hill from our bedroom. One of the nicest places we've stayed throughout Japan (4th trip here)The breakfast buffet was great. Located super close to the hill (about a 7 min walk uphill to the gondola station) and the staff were lovely and so helpful with getting us around and recommendations. And the wines were lovely. Tastings were available daily.

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Staff were excellent. Walking distance to all the restaurants in the upper Furano area near the ski hill

Very spacious rooms, the shower is very nice with a rain shower and handheld. The location is walking distance to the gondola.The restaurant inside offers nice basic meals. Breakfast is good, it would be nice if it changed a bit more day to day though.

The bathroom needs better ventilation as there is quite a lot of mould in the shower. All the lights on the light switches are extremely bright and affect sleep quality.

Great location and friendly staff. Wine tasting is a good experience..
