- The balcony was not cleaned well when I checked in, there was trash on the floor of the balcony.I called the housekeeping team to come and clean up immediately, the issue is solved.Lastly, there are no building close to the hotel, so during night time in winter, the area around the hotel is very windy and cold, though this is not something the hotel can solve.
