Pros +
- Good location close to railway station. Room was bigger than we expected for this kind of Japanese hotel, in addition to normal desk, chair and fridge combination there was a table with two chairs and enough floor space to open our big luggage.
- Great location and super friendly and helpful desk staff ! Rooms were very small but super clean and WiFi was very good also. Just about missed breakfast (9am closure!) , but they still got me some ! Would definitely stay there again. ?
- Had to pay a city tax, reception no English, breakfast Japanese it was ok.Neighbourhood safe
Cons -
- Reception no English except for one on the first day she was off rest of our stay the others no English.Rooms small, no English channels on TV.Better hotels nearby
- Breakfast choices were limited and too little protein in it. Seems ok to Japanese as it has many Japanese small dishes and miso soup but for us non-Japanese we found it not up to expectation. Could have some kind of fished dishes everyday.
- The check in staff should have access to audio translators

The location is nice being near the station but in the quite side of the station and being next to 7-11 is a big plus. The staffs were all nice especially ladies at the breakfast service.
