Great breakfast with lots of options open early, comfortable bed and easy to find location near the station. Good sustainable strategies in place to reduce waste and clutter - better than most budget hotels of same price point.

Construction and industry noise all night from nearby but easy to mask with air cleaner

Breakfast was ok except for the runny scrambled eggs, and the location was also good. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We were given extra pillows when we asked. Ok for a place to sleep, but not to hang out in the room.

The hallway smelled like a bathroom and the room was on the small size.

The hotel is just across the street from the train station, but the room is quiet. It's very comfortable, and you may spend a long time sitting in front of the window watching bullet trains (shinkansen) approaching the station.

Terrific location - just a few minutes from the train station. Clean, quiet, comfortable room with a great view (ask for a higher floor).

Comfort Hotel Kokura is a great business hotel. Although the room was a little bit small, it has everything needed. Bed was comfortable. We have a goodnight sleep. Nonetheless, breakfast was full of options and very delicious.

Room was a little bit small. Bath room was tiny.

Facilities were old but well thought off and very user friendly and practical.

The TV should be upgraded to a more universal audience with YouTube and Netflix connectivity as not everyone is conversant with Japanese.

Everything was as described—it’s a typical business hotel with a convenient location, clean rooms, and decent breakfast options. My arrival was delayed by two days due to weather conditions, but changing the check-in dates without any additional costs was not a problem. I had very good contact with the property.

The AC was blowing cold air directly onto the bed, and it was impossible to adjust. The bed was too small for two people to sleep comfortably.

An excellent location and very good value for money. A comfortable room with good facilities. A good breakfast and I liked the library cafe.

Loved the proximity to kokuya train station. The breakfast was okay. Would be good if the mixed it up abit so that guests on a long term stay don:t get bored with the same menu everydad.

Love the location, close to train station, shopping streets, mall & attractions. Also love the lobby cafe concept. Rooms are comfortable tho a bit small as most hotel in Japan but no problem since we didn’t stay much in the room
