On-site parking, close to supermarket, location on the main route through Kitakyushu was a timesaver at the end of a long day and made for minimal traffic delays at the start of the next. Later checkout was a big plus.

There was no coffee shop at the hotel, there are lots of vending machines for canned one though.
Disappointing
It's so hard to sleep at night. It was summer and the air conditioner is very weak. I couldn't sleep at all. Bad bad. I was very tired the next day.
-Breakfast was incredible. It is very much worth it to pay extra for it.-Allowed me to drop off my luggage before check in.-Staff was very professional, helpful, and even returned me my hotel room key when I accidentally left it outside my room (Look, I was very tired and totally forgot about it).-Very value for money.-15-20mins walk from Kurosaki Station. Don't feel like walking? There are a few buses that can take you to the Hotel from Kurosaki Station.
-The room was small and looked old.-I was in a non-smoking room, but I think another room nearby (smoking or non-smoking) was smoking and the room smelled of cigarettes.
