    • I loved my room! It was a one bed room apartment fitted with a basic kitchen, one bathroom, one powder room, a living room as well as a spacious tatami-like lounging area with a giant TV screen. My kids enjoyed watching tv while chilling on the tatami. The 3 of them slept comfortably on the tatami every night. My unit also came with a stunning view of the ski slopes, we cld enjoy the view from the living room all the way to my bedroom!
    • Location and slopes were great but the hotel and all the amenities were very disappointing.
    • Once we parked the car and checked in we didn't need to drive the car till check-out. Liked the space: the second bedroom with a bed, and the second bathroom.

    Cons -

    • Wish it came with breakfast at the hotel.
    • The cleanliness of the room and the amenities that seemed very poorly maintained.
    • White fabric sofa was stained and unsightly. Chair was gray and not much better to look at. Caulking on the window looked moldy. No house keeping the second day, not even to refresh towels.

Good family apartment. Good location and very good for skiing

The nearby restaurants all close at 9pm. No bars or similar facilities for socialising.

    Bad

It was not clear on booking which apartment building it was. We found out on arrival it was Euro villa, which was very far from the slopes and ski house. It was also old and run down. Furthermore it had no sheltered walk way to the main hotel, so we had to walk in dangerous iced roads and deep snow to get to the main buildings complex/restaurants/amentities. It was very inconvenient especially if you have young children and equipment. The staff were helpful and gave us a ski locker in the main building but it was rusty and dirty. The room was not clean as there were snack wrappers under the beds. Generally disappointing especially for the high price we paid

    Spacious

No towel : you have to call them to get itVery thin matt : painful to sleep on the floorJust one rubbish bin for two stories floor with three bedrooms and 2 toilets. So clear they dont want to clean rubbish bins hence only placed 1

It snowed heavily when we stayed there, which made it ideal for winter activities. The room was spacious and we were lucky enough to have a very pretty view of the slopes from our room.

It would have been nice to be provided with bath towels. There were no bath towels in our room when we checked in. We asked from the housekeeping staff if we could have bath towels but were provided with hand towels instead. I am not sure if that is the hotel policy, or at least I don't remember reading anything about it.

The buffet was delish 1 of the days that we were there. There was no wait time for the buffet

1-bath towels were the size of a hand towel. Shower wasn’t cleaned properly. 2-hard time finding parking, parking was overcrowded 3-the buffet, the line was a mile long, there are 2 locations for a buffet, only 1 was opened for Monday morning.

    Location and staff

Room very warm with poor air circulation , uncomfortable bed linen (need to use softer material ). Dirty walls .

    9AndrewPosted on: 1-15-2025

Great proximity to the ski slopes, attentive staff and rooms with character.

Bed was firm, did not have pillows for all of the people sleeping in the room - even after we requested them. Beds were firm.

    Spacious rooms; very close to the ski resort; close by is a big water park;

The entire resort has seen better times.

It is a Well run ski resort. I got a package on booking which included skit rental, water park and some meals and drinks coupon. It was very pleasant from checking in to ski rental and water park. Everything was smoothly ran. Room is new so it's really nice. We had one of most enjoyable pasta at the Cafe at hotel lobby and we went back for more. Other restaurants and ski house food were also very decent.

They didn’t provide body towels but only hand towels. Futon bed provided was too thin making my lower back hurt. They only provided one pillow for each person. Sledding area didn’t have escalator so it made our way up very hard carrying the tubes

    9EsteePosted on: 12-21-2024

The room was spacious and very beautiful especially the bunk beds. my kids were excited when they saw the room and the view from the balcony. Beds are very comfortable and bathroom was super clean we were glad that there was two bathrooms and ample space to walk . the kitchenette is small but sufficient.

there is food odour likely from past hotel guests.

    4MaurizioPosted on: 12-21-2024

Location is great and also few options for meals and rentals very accessible. Also, convenience stores at walking distance

The bathroom cleaning was dubious, with hairs all over the place- disgusting Also, there is no second bed, only mattress to put on the floor with an empty bedroom .There was a smell in the corridor of the 8th floor that was disturbing. We had to hold the breath from the room to the elevator.

    6XiuhuiPosted on: 12-19-2024

The room is beautifully decorated and spacious.

Unaware that it does not come with bath towels and room makeup.

    8SusannaPosted on: 8-14-2024

Paid for the convenience of not having to drive once we got here. Also wanted a 2nd bed because futon bed here means sleeping on the floor on a thin cushion. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the luge run, the bowling, and arcade. It's not crowded here during the summer and made for a nice get away in the mountains. Most of the staff on the luge run were friendly and fun. They managed to find a phone that slipped from the pocket! The staff at the bowling alley were also friendly and helpful. Staff at the water park were also helpful, showing us the price first before charging us to make sure we still wanted to go in when there was only an hour left before closing.

There should've been a kitchen towel or paper towels. Also a dish sponge to wash cups would've been useful. The luge run was expensive, especially if there are going to be monitors scolding you about slowing down. There should have been better separation between families with little kids and everyone else on the luge. The entry fee at the water park was also high; too bad there was no option for 1 hour stays for those who just want to cool off.

Um… near the hotel, the stream is very cooling and beautiful.

All the facilities and room condition… bathrooms.. are so old..

    7JooheePosted on: 6-18-2024

Quiet and good for family stay, many restaurants and convenience store to use. Quick feedback to my request to facility team.

    I don't find much what i didn't like.
