Swiss-Belexpress Cilegon

Very nice staffs...comfy beds and clean rooms

Breakfast wasn't much of a spread...

Room.is clean , staffs were polite and helpful

Room.is small. No fridge in room. Room is not sound proof. There's a railway nearby and sound of prayers

The cleanliness and staff attitude is superb.

Maybe Cause it's not a vacation purpose hotel, the space is a bit cramped, and the bed is not that comfortable. The site said it's a queen size bed, but actually it's 2 single beds arranged side by side. I got muscle soreness when I woke up in the morning.

In the central city. Close to shopping mall or main attraction

Room size and no “real window” to see the sun light

The location is very strategic, located near highways. Hotel room smells good and clean.

good location. i just like the omelette and sunny side up for the breakfast, other just fine.

the bed, i reserved queen bed and yes i got it but the fact it was twin bed which made it to be queen bed as i realized there was separation in the middle. it was fine to me and not big issue.

Hotel location is very good

The room is small and have no small refrigerator

Hotel area is very clean , the room also very clean and comfort , the food was delicious. Location in the city area. Very recommended Hotel

The staff were pleasant, nice, and helpful. It was clean and well kept. The location is nice, steps away from Citimall.

The bathroom could use more counter space for things. The breakfast could have had more variety, perhaps a better bread selection and some pastries.

Location. Easy to get. comfort room. good coffee.

Small space for breakfast.

Just for sleep..not sight seeing..far away from any beach..just town..but near main big mosque?

location and property still brand new

I was in 1st floor on this floor there is facility gym and swimming pool. on weekend and public holiday the walkways from room to lift always had splash water

Location close to every shopsPlease add more kind of breakfast specially if foreigner stay

Breakfast and noisy from train.,and bath room smell bad

good price spacious room recommended

breakfast kurang variatif

Hotel location, staff can accomodate my special request

Bed is hard (not fluffy), the curtain they used to protect corridor from rain is not waterproof and rain water still make the floor wet so staff must standby til late at night to dry and clean it and the tools make sounds that annoy our sleep time...staff also did like renovate room above and next our room at 9-10am when we slept after breakfast...we strongly heard someone knock using hammer and its perfectly awake us

the location is on point. it is on the center. The interior was great, new and clean.

seems this hotel is not ready to open yet. we came at almost 3pm to check in and they said the internet is down and suggest us to come wait for about 1 hour, instead of give another solution as we have shown the our booking confirmation from booking.com. The wifi connection was totally not working. The room was not soundproofing, we can hear clearly the sounds from the outside, people talking at the corridor, doors slammed, even the water sound from the nextdoor. It is really not worth the price.

Location was good. Cheap, you pay for what you get

Trains, loud, and very small rooms

The staff is really helpful and friendly. The facilities in the room also in a good shape. It is easy to find.

But the wall so thin, you can hear someone that talk and people that slammed the door. For sure, I can't sleep well, because the pillow also too thick. For the food, the taste still ok.

Very good location, clean & tidy, very good services, exellent room & facilities, more than price we got.

Please maksure the room is smell good, i know it was smooking room, but please spray some parfume.

The door can not close properly, the wifi connection is not stable. The breakfast is average.
