We ordered food while sat by the pool, it took a looooong time, but was surprisingly delicious, good portions and good value. The grounds are large and pleasant to walk around, especially at night with a flashlight to check out the wildlife. Big pool and kids pool.

Many broken pool tiles laying around by or inside the pool, and it's in desperate need of regrouting. The pool is HUGE, but there is inadequate suitable seating around it (only 1 sunbed and a few wooden seats). Air-conditioning was really noisy. Bedroom was big but sparse, and the bathtub leaked and once filled, you could see the water was dirty.

Te surroundings was well-maintained, staff were kind, good breakfast fot its price, convenient location

Maybe you can add a water heater for the room so we don't have to go down to get water at the lobby ?

The toilet hot water not functioning consistently. It can be hot and cold water intermittent. There Is water kettle in the room

Not worth staying more than 2 nights

This was the second time I've stayed, with my partner, at Phu Pha Phung resort.It's far from luxurious but it is quite cheap and is very good value for money. Everything is ok. The beds are fine, bathroom good, patio sitting area comfortable enough and the included breakfast is excellent.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this resort, the value for money is excellent. The hotel is set on a huge area of land which you can stroll around at your pleasure. So much wildlife and birds in the mornings, the beds and pillows are super comfortable, the view is fab and the staff fantastic. Really impressed and will return. It's also only a 2 minute walk from 7/11 which is helpful!

Breakfast was limited, but I think that was because we were staying mid-week outside of holidays, yet it was sufficient for us. There was rice soup, fried eggs, bread, drinks, fried rice, sausages and fruit daily, one of the days there was also a salad.

The landscaping was nice, big area. Pool was in nice location surrounded by canal. Lot of Christmas decorations was fun too. Breakfast was good too. Check in and check out was quick and staff helped to move to different room for second night without issue. I'd recommend this with caveats.

Rooms are run down. If you have two single beds they cant be put together. And no space in toilet for toiletries in single bed room. First room also had strong mold stink. Second room I got was better but then the shower door was dangerously broken on arrival.

The staff were very helpful in finding an ATV & kayak place for us. The room was also comfortable. The ambience of the resort especially at night was very peaceful. For its price, it's value for money.?

The breakfast was fine but could still be improved. We stayed for 2 days and the menu was the same. I hope that there will be at least some slight change on the menu for the next day. The options for non-pork eaters could also be improved.

Big room. Quiet. Toilet area interestingly in outside of the room.

No water cooker, no coffee. Only big towels, no small ones for face and hands. Ants in the room sink area. No safety box.

The room was massive! Comfortable and clean. The pool was nice (unfortunately the pictures on website are out of date as a massive building covers the once stunning view). The location was good to visit places.

Though the staff were polite, they only gave basic information. I had to find our room from a general direction of a pointed finger. A wave of a hand gave me a rough idea where the pool and breakfast room where. I had to ask to find out the restaurant was closed. I also had to ask for toilet paper as there was none in the room. It would have been nice to have been made welcome and better communication.
