The room is spacious, large king bed, you can request for additional bed (cost 300 baht per night)Not far from city center which you can find some good meals there.

There is no lift and the booking ad does not state this. They do not accept credit cards, but this was not stated up front. They did not have change for 1,000 B note, so I insisted they go to store to get change. They do not provide a receipt. This is all fine for local people who expect this, but it is inconvenient if you're a western travel. Would not recommend, no amenities and inconvenient. There's a hot water kettle, but no cups or tea or coffee packets. Bare bones stay!

Everything. I have stayed in 30+ hotels during my travels and this one had the best room so far. Large, comfortable, clean, large refrigerator, nice bathroom and shower... Everything was great with the room. Customer service was very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting Patchuburi

My only suggestion would be to add an insta-pot to the room for boiled water to make coffee in the morning for convenience. One is downstairs for all guests, but having one in the room would be better.

Clean, spacious, middle size fridge, USB outlet, outlets every corner of the room, good interior construction material, small corridor, microwave and laundromat provided at shared space, under-shaded parking lots, very close to the city, friendly and local staff.

We had a great time in this hotel ! The room was huge, very clean and modern, with new equipments and beautiful panoramic view on the Ratchaburi city and its region… Big and great bathroom too, everything was super comfy. New bottles of water everyday, cleaning service when asked to the staff, there is also a washing machine downstairs that you can use for 30 thb, which is really convenient! The location is good : very quiet and residential but in the same time you can reach the city center quickly and easily by walking, taking a tuk tuk or a Grab. The region itself is beautiful and worth the trip, many places to explore if you like nature… The night market of Ratchaburi city is also a great experience :) We recommend 100%

Very friendly owner family, who is very helpful too. The room was excellent - all as described. USB-sockets are available, too. Café is very close. But I got a warm water heater from them to prepare my coffee in the morning ???With Grab you could go to all sightseeing place there. I can really recommend ?

it would have been lovely to have a kettle in the room so I could make a morning coffee before continuing my journey.

The room is super spacious and clean. It has everything you need; TV, fridge, clothes rack, tissue paper, shower gel/shampoo.The location is convenient; in the city center and there is 7-11 nearby.

The hotel is a well located small hotel about 5 min drive from city center. The room is very clean, super spacious and well decorated for a basic room. There is even a "bar" (high) table set in the room. You could comfortably do some work if needed here. I recommend the place for those who wants to have a place to stay in town.

Big and clean room, powerful A/C and water heater, good water pressure. Nice design of the room. Very friendly owner. Near the reception there are washing machines for 30-50 baht and a water machine.

Great hospitality and a very friendly approach from the owner. The room was very clean, large, and cozy at a very reasonable price. A very quiet atmosphere. Despite being located 2-3 km from the night market, there are many street foods and convenience stores close to the hotel.

The hotel is not suitable for persons with serious walking difficulties as you have to walk up the stairs to reach the room.
