Friendly staff & good breakfast.

The racket in next room & nearby after midnight! Evidenced by large group in lobby after breakfast.

Great rooms and decent breakfast. Nice staff.

We arrived quite late in the night. They quickly checked us in very kindly. The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is great.The only reason to put an nine was the breakfast. It is not very good. There is one choice and coffee is instant one.

Fresh idea for a hotel, spacious room, staff are friendly. Modern and clean, and a very short walk from the train station, has a good area for laptop warriors, also with good coffee shop.

Breakfast could be better, if you have the option to book with or without, go for without, Ratchaburi is a foody town with many options close by.

Disapponting

Very noisy, the train station is not far away and the noise of the trains and the announcements goes on all night.The bed is upstairs on a metal landing , there is no banister so coming down to the toilet at night is not easy or safe.The large window lets in lots of noise (even though we were on the 6th floor it was noisy) and light in the morning.No kettle on the room, over all it's ok for a pit stop but I wouldn't recommend for more than a day or so.

Having stayed here many times,this hotel is good value & close to service station with 7/11 & restaurants!

Breakfast is limited to American style, with instant coffee only in deal.

The staffs were very helpful.The hotel was very clean.

The water was not full pressure.

We stayed in a 2 storages room which is a bit uncomfortable to use the toilet at night.

Enjoy staying at this hotel as always great value, staff very friendly and room clean and comfortable. Easy to park. Breakfast is also very enjoyable.

parking was too full.cost of twin room was half of the double room.breakfast was just acceptable but you need to chose it the day before

Weird breakfast, though hardly cost anything. Will buy croissants from lobby cafe next time.

Hot sun through window, when near lift awaiting elevator on 6th floor but that is being a little too unkind. Hotel is good.

Value for money! This may not be the fanciest hotel in the world, but it is very decent, quite modern, clean, and its rooms are spacious. Also, besides the lack of sidewalks (see above) it has some neat cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I've stayed here before and as I visit Ratchaburi regularly I'm sure I'll be back again!

Not disapointing as such, but just some info for non-Thai tourists: it can be tricky to walk around this area (suppose you'd want to walk into Ratchaburi's city centre) as not all of the hotel's surroundings have proper sidewalks. That's obviously not the hotel's fault, but it's good to know. If you enjoy wandering around a nice little Thai city and want to see how wonderful Thailand can be outside of Bangkok, Phuket, Koh Samui etc.), do come to Ratchaburi for a few days!

Not many restaurants open when I got back from fishing. Receptionist ordered me some food on her app. Delivered within 15 minutes. Very helpful. Hotel was spotless and staff great. Will be back

-Facility in the room. Should have smart TV compared to the price and socket is broken-Room light is too yellow

I was overcharged. Booking.com on its website said "includes taxes and fees"Space 59 charged us an additional 7% VAT and !0% property tax.Booking.com refused to admit this and did nothing !

The bed was hard and towels were clean but frayed

Walking distance to train station. Allowed to check in earlier before 2 pm.

Room is basically equipped, bare as industrial style, mostly black, grey and hard to read without sufficient lightings! Hotel is run down and first room #407 hand basin bloody leaking every time you use, then next room across the hall #404 basin slightly better, but later on found out it also has one long obvious crack (previous one was all over!).Main point was the receptionist came up for inspection, she took it as "normal" issue, did she see the water draining down our feet?...And they managed to resell the room, amazing! Reception services degrading as one move from deep south cities/towns, i.e. Hat Yai, and the iconic slogan of "Thai Smiles & friendliness" evaporated more or less at Nakhon Si Thammarat!Being close to train station put you afar from bars (nard to locate from south to central Thailand!) and restaurants. But no advice whatsoever. We ended up spending hundreds of Baht on grad services after another disappointment on street food at riverside, oh, do Thai loves to nibble, ha!Breakfasts were lousy, and full of usual Thai habits of MSG, fish sauce, Maggie all those artifical food flavorings that I was reacting badly since birth. Many of a time I needed to use translated message when ordering food/drinks, but still at end of the day, one can't help wondering is Thai food that all tasty at certain point?!Following morning I went down to fetch coffee, and thought the "buffet" was included, walked in but immediately blocked by this waitress, long faces and no English, directed me to front desk, then discovered it wasn't! Why didn't they told me up front upon checking in!Then, the last morning as usual coffee round, already 2 female door guards watching my every movement. How petty minded!What a hotel, never worths the money spent!
