Treebo Midvalley Residence

No breakfast - Midvalley is bringing from outside and deliver there about 9 AM - There is a nearby hotel 100 m having good restaurant

Not value for money in room where we stayed - Probably i dont know other rooms

Excellent rooms with affordable cost and at good location.staffs were good.but room floor is little not clean.ac / geyser are working good. We can play badminton.towels bedsheets are not much clean.

location is good and parking space was adequate

No toiletries were provided, food also was not in house and was ordered from outside. Bugs and insects were found in the room 101 and also the smell was stale

breakfast was good, it would have been nice if cutlery like spoons were givenTea was tooo sweet - vending machine

the toilet seat and the cover had dried spotstoiletries were not a part of the stay

Spacious bath room.

Nothing. I was very happy with Treebo group and where i stay i look their properties. But this is read bad experience. Room was very dirty when we entered. Not even swept / mopped. Have asked them to do. Room walls so damp n stinking. Bed linens were full if hairs. Not sure when was it last changed and not sure whether they change it.

staff service

Room is Not properly cleaned while checking inTea Coffee not available in brkfst

The property was good, and it was worth the money paid. The staffs were so friendly.

They can keep the wardrobes clean, so that we can use it and leave our baggage’s there. And the food can be made better, the breakfast served was not that good.

staff behavior, ambiance, indoor sports facilities, gym

cleaning can be improve

Stay was pleasant, I like the room & ambience

I didn't get which is mentioned in the reservation.Like toiletries & toothpaste kind

Location and staff are nice

Overpriced and TV didn't work and less parking

Room size

Ambience in the room . It smelled bad for a long time and the property is not vacation type but business type.

It’s a quite place and rooms are neat n clean great ambiance

The morning breakfast is not available at property they are buying outside food there’s no kitchen

Size of the room and availability of hot water without any problem.

Its not value for money they charged.

Breakfast does not meet the expectations - Lacks professionalism from employees and the variety & taste is not up to the mark

Cleanliness, Room cleaning, lot of termites in the rooms, food, professionalism of employees - Seems some of the family members of employees are staying within the facility and priority goes to them - Looks like Family first, Clients next

Location is good

Water leakage in the room, breakfast was average, current cut some times, staffs couldn't understand the requirement properly

Location and staff was good

Tea was not at all good and we had to wait a long time for breakfast. There was no exhaust in the washroom.

Flexibility, food availability specially complimentary breakfast was not available half of the items when we went to eat. They had kept limited food, first cum first serve types.. Tea coffee was of machine.. It was pathetic.

Room size & bed

It was a pleasant stay with family. Very decent and well maintained property. The food served was nice. It's a place which fits all kinds of people be it family or friends etc.

Nothing as such

Cleanliness and location..

People and service

Took advantage of the location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat.
