Yunoyado Onsen Hot Spring Hotel Deyang

The location was great and there was free parking. The hotel has massage and spa facilities on the main floor.

The wallpaper was peeling off, and the lights, and some counter surfaces were dusty. The spa staff need more training, not very polite nor professional.

Great location-right in the heart of Jiaoxi downtown. Good value, new facilities - a tub for hot spring inside the room. Breakfast and afternoon desserts provided. Good communication! I am really grateful that the staffs happily resolve some last-minute adjustment.

Japanese inspired accommodation about 5 mins walk from train station. The standard room is tiny, so choose a bigger room in the annex building. We upgraded to a 25m one with big outdoor tub, much nicer and spacious but price of 600NT for a nite was bit steep considering the minor price differential online. TV has movies and lots of channels. The breakfast room is spacious and clean. Checkin is 4pm.

The family suite room was spacious enough for 3 of us and the hot spring bathtub was just nice for a family of 3 like us. Many shops and restaurants nearby the hotel and very convenient.

The breakfast options can be better/improved with different variety. Had been there for 3 days, almost all the same options of breakfast.

Room is super tiny, we don’t even have place to open our luggage. Not very clean, toilet quite smelly.Won’t visit again

It was good to have a private bath in our room. We also appreciated having breakfast and an afternoon snack provided.

Property has been well used and is showing signs of wear. Rooms are small and very little counter space.

I would never return to this hotel. It is extremely overpriced for the poor quality provided. The rooms lacked basic amenities such as toothbrushes, combs, and razors—falling short of even minimal hotel standards. The included breakfast was terrible, undercooked, and refilled at a painfully slow pace. The air conditioning in the room was non-functional, and the walls were full of cracks. Additionally, the check-in process was excruciatingly slow, with significant delays in getting our rooms. This hotel feels more like a 2-star establishment that has been overly graded and priced far beyond its worth. Think twice before booking!

Not worth the price. An old renovated motel with poor facilities, staff and food but expensive.

Enjoy soaking in hot springs directly in your room, with ample space for a family of four and four large pieces of luggage.

The main lobby was quite cramped, and the lift was small as well. Guests staying in Block 2 must carry their luggage up the stairs before accessing the lift, which can only accommodate one guest with three large bags.

Good location and spacious room with big hot springs bathtub for a family. Include breakfast and tea break, value for money. Good location with many restaurants.

The curtain of the bath room is outside and not inside the toilet and can't lock the door. So the privacy of sharing the room with men and women could be an issue.

Non negotiable 4pm check in. Did not explain clearly time for breakfast and afternoon tea. Noise reduction could be better.

Not soundproof. Some guests are very noisy. Also, we book a room for three persons (one adult two children) but the hotel staff were grumbling about how we were not supposed to have three in that room when we ask for another set of towel and toiletries. Also, the recommended room and bed is too small for three.

The window is on the roof. There is a strange pillar in the room and the showers is a distance from the hotspring tub.

It’s very clean and cozy, I really love the bath tab which is huge and clean. The location of the property is also nice where you could grab food from night market by walking! Property also provide afternoon tea and breakfast, I’d recommend it for family or couple vacation.

We were there for a night on April 26th. Indeed, it was a short stay.There were plenty of food for the breakfast that suit everyone including children. It is strange that ice cream is also served during breakfast which we normally don't do it in Malaysia :-)The hotel is strategically located and within walking distance to the local street food, snacks and convenient store. Well recommend for family and small group tour, the only setback is the narrow street to the hotel and posted great challenges for the big vehicles.

There's nothing that we didn't like except the 2 big earthquakes in Hualien (6.1 and 5.8) that woke us up in the middle of the night
