Ideal Hot Spring Water Hotel

The price was cheap.

There were multiple bugs in my bed. Ants in the sheets, and a larger, brown bug in the blanket. While the hotel listed having hot spring water, there was a lot of debris mixed in with the water.I would have immediately left had I seen the bugs earlier in the day. I can’t speak Chinese, and could not dial who ever was their night staff, so I could complain. There was no staff present when I checked out, so I could not address the issue with them.

The staff is very rude especially the girl from another hotel, she was there to fill in for the big staff. She doesn’t know how to smile and speaks very rudely to the customer. The room is so small with no windows. It can be stuffy inside the room. The hotel does it allow early check in and most of the time, there os no one at the reception. It’s rather inconvenient. There is a lot of hotels along the same street. You don’t have to book in advance. You can pick and choose. I am very disappointed with the staff attitude. 10 years ago I had great stay and people smile at you when you are in Taiwan. Young generation needs to learn to be humble and welcoming towards their guests.

Room better than expected. Good views, silent and cozy. Good staff.

Clean single room with private bathroom and bathtub accessible to hot spring water at the same price of a hostel with shared bathroom is a treat for solo traveler. The room is equipped with air conditioner, dehumidifier, hair dryer, towels and electric kettle. Bedsheets are clean and you can see staff changing them during the day. Refrigerators, drinking water and microwave are available on the 1st floor. The public area is bright and clean. Though most rooms don't have windows, rooms are clean and nicely maintained.

run out of tissue at night (we don’t have enough tissue athe begin)，and there is no one in the counter after 20:30.
