Spring Hotel

View, but the windows are uncleaned.

Sanitation, broken window drapes…Unfriendly building design.

Location is convenient to old street of Jiaoxi where food is plentiful. Love the in room hot spring tub and large room. Very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is awesome too!

No air circulation in the corridor on the floors.

The room we stayed in was very large and the extra sitting area was comfortable. The views over the town and the mountain were excellent - including from the bathtub. The hot spring tub was large and very relaxing, it was awesome to have that in the room. Location was convenient with a short walk from the train station and many convenience stores nearby.Note that this room is in the older part of the hotel so breakfast and spa are in the other building (separate Booking listing).

The breakfast buffet had many options but quality was only ok - better breakfasts were available from local cafes a 5 min walk away.

Our room turned out to be a beautiful huge suite. The en-suite hot spring tub was large and very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was immense. Parking was super convenient and free.

Location is very good with night market just few steps away. Room and onsen tub is huge.

Room decor is outdated and unkeep are keep very old. Standing shower is faulty and we have to hold the shower while bathing. There's only one lift serving the block where we are staying and it's a long wait during peak hour.

Buffet spread is very good, very comfortable bed and nice of them to provide 4 pillows on a double bed. room very spacious and clean

The indoor bath is convenient and good. No taxi but walking distance of about 12 minutes to train station.

The breakfast is quite delicious and with wide ranges. Wifi is fast and stable. Nice staff from room services and helpful reception staff. Room is spacious.

The curtain is quite dirty. Television is not fully functioned.

The room is big, the bathroom with hot spring is spacious with big pool. Very nice hot spring bath for all of us. The room is spacious even for 4 person. Enough space to put all our luggage. The staff also provide us scents oil for air diffuser in the room.

Seems like the hotel do not provide hanger for towel like most others.

Location was fine. Bed was good. Room was quiet.

Old hotel partially renovated. Not hygienic at all. At breakfast you need to wear a plastic glove. But for instance the button to call the elevator looks like it has never been cleaned. Hot tub looks like chalk took over the bathroom. Cabins as well. Feel like I wasted my money.

The room was nice. Big with hot spring tub. bed was comfortable. Lots of snacks in the lobby.

Breakfast was not that great, not much to choose from.

This hotel is in a great location just a block or two from the public hot springs and a 15 minute walk or so from the train station. There are tons of excellent places to eat in the area. Bed was comfortable and the room was super big. The breakfast buffet was also full of options.

This is definitely an older hotel that could really benefit from some improvements. The carpet in our room was very stained and you could feel some soft spots under the carpet that I'm assuming are rotten.

We won’t be returning.

hot spring tub! good service overall from staff. breakfast buffet is pretty decent - overall Chinese cuisine with some pastries/cereal/yogurt for western options.

ensure you book the newer Muen hotel as they didn’t allow bookings from this hotel to stay at the newer wing ( due to it being owned by a diff company or something even tho’ it’s the same hotel chain), rooms were bigger at the older hotel, it’s pretty “moldy” like what everyone says and with older furnishings

Got an upgrade for the room, hot spring was good, it’s the best part. Breakfast was good too, lots of choices!

Parking space too small for big cars.

Breakfast buffet was really nice.

The lack of elevator, it's only one for guests and staffs.
