Wellspring by Silks Jiaoxi

The staff is amazing. They had the most elaborate complimentary breakfast buffet I had ever seen. The private in-room soaking tub with access to hot spring water was the reason why I booked this hotel, and I was not disappointed.

The door between the shower and the outdoor soaking tub was not well made - you have to slam it to shut it. This is the second hotel in Asia where the sink seems to be moldy or corroding at the base where it attaches to the counter - hardly noticeable.

Wonderful location and the staff was so helpful! Room was clean and comfortable.

The hot springs facility was more basic than I expected.

Great location with happy hours specials. In-room hot spring was nice, the rooftop facilities are also great.

The next door “Just sleep” is part of the same group so we went over to use the hot spring, but staffs are really strict about certain regulations and made the whole experience a bit unpleasant. So we went back to wellspring for the rooftop facilities, which was great and good view. Breakfast selection was kinda limited compared to other hotel under silks, also get crowded very easily.

It’s a bit noisy when using the hot spring tub facing the street, you can hear the street noise. The gym and public spring pool are not in the same building, not convenient for us.

Swimming pool, room facilities, breakfast, location...almost everything.

Wonderful location, super friendly staff, exceptional breakfast, and convenient in-room onsen/hot tub - everything was perfect, and we wouldn't hesitate to return here the next time we visit Jiaoxi.

They have happy hour where they serve unlimited red & white wine for a specific period.

The distance from the train station but it’s still acceptable unless with heavy luggage.

Amazing facilities, we were welcomed by free snacks and drinks, which is also happy hour. Surprisingly, their snacks tasted really good. All the staff were really nice and friendly, making sure we feel comfortable and well. Our family had a great time here, highly recommend for a short gateaway from a busy city as their room has private hot tub, as well as hot springs on the rooftop.

Wellspring by Silks Jiaoxi is very conveniently located and the shuttle service from the bus terminal really helped us! Morning breakfast had a decent selection and the room was very comfortable. As we came during the school vacation, the swimming pool was occupied by children playing so we couldn't quite use the pool but that was ok.

The staff was attentive and happy to accommodate in English. Parking facilities were also great.

The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. On the first evening we ate at the hotel restaurant which offered sukiyaki which was very good and reasonably priced. The pool was a real highlight for us.

The room was far smaller than expected and our 'hot tub' was only about 18 inches deep. I paid around 8000 NTD per night so was expecting far better for that price. I have stayed at the majority of high end hotels, a lot of which don't charge such a high rate and have better facilities.

Dairy Queen and the amenities were nice especially the infinity pool

Our family stayed in three separate rooms. One of the room was next to the street so that one was a bit noisy.

There’s a roof swimming pool and movie theater.

The management of the property is poor and the visitors are unable to follow the instructions. So, they are allowed to make a lot of noise which is really annoying. The worst part is that the neighbors construction has been very bad air pollution and big noise from the morning to the evening. My room is next to the bad location.

The family room is spacious, cozy and super clean. Staff are very friendly. In-room onsen bath is the most enjoyable moment during my stay.

We stayed on the 9th floor. Possibly because it is close to the hotpot restaurant on the 11th floor, we encountered a very strong smell of hotpot meal while entering the room in the evening. The smell was gone late at night. .

We booked very last minute due to change of plans and we were so delighted we chose this hotel.We were upgraded to a suite which was a great surprise. We loved the outdoor rooftop hot spring pool and really felt so relaxed after a hectic couple of days. Another nice offering was the free happy hour wine at 6pm. The staff were so friendly and so much choice for breakfast. Would definitely recommend...
