I thought there would be a swimming pool for kids, but it's mostly a hot tub pool.

Really lovely stay - great breakfast, clean room with big personal hot spring bath and nice touch through a great breakfast, free tea snacks and laundry facilities. Well located in the small town.Room was a little small though and the shared indoor onsen wasn’t particularly clean…

Not clean enough and the design of the family suite is not practical to be point it could be dangerous. It is like a maze or obstacle course

Very noisy. You can hear the neighbours taking a shower or flushing the toilet. The water is really really loud, I did not sleep for almost an hour just after 4AM today.

The indoor playground is good. The room is spacious & clean as well. Staff were nice & attentive.

The room was comfy but a bit small. The tub, however, was wonderful and very large. We enjoyed the communal hot spring and the other amenities. The breakfast was also nice. The location was perfect.

The gym didn't open until 9 am.

Stayed here for 3 nights.Service was wonderful. Friendly and helpful staff. There were a range of treats from Odens on a cols Saturday winter. Experiences in rice roll and onigiri making. Even gave us an appreciation dish as we stayed more than three days.Rooms size was fine comfy for my son and me to room in. There was huge in-room spa.. really enjoyable.Location was good too. Definitely worth the stay.

The complimentary snacks provided was a bonus but the rooms were too small

The overall room size is ok by the onsen size is too large and the texture of the floor doesn't feel comfortable.

Many eateries nearby. Onsen is refreshing. We enjoyed both the public onsen & the private one in our room.

Room is small for 3 persons. Good only for one night stay.

The facilities are awesome , with bathtub in the room that gave you privacy and the naked onsen at the basement is clean and comfortable. There is also some mini game at level 1 that can play with your family. Breakfast in the morning is included in the stay

The pillow was some stained on it , the staff was efficient enough to change for us immediately at 12am before we slept

Good price for the ammenities and the area. Breakfast had good variety (if you are used to breakfast in hotels in Taiwan). There are towels in both the indoor and outer pool so you just need to come ready to get in the water.

The room for 4 people was a little bit tight. Not enough room for luggage and seating/resting chairs. There is only windows on the bath side. Sound isolation wasn't great could easily hear the noise from rooms next door or above.
