Sun Sweet Hotel

The room is big, the price is good, and located near the Luo Dong train station.

Location near the night market

Too many cars parked outside the hotel. No iron that can be borrowed to iron clothes.

Very comfortable room, great breakfast. Taking the free bikes around was very cool, plenty of trails (follow the river). Right by the night market and train station, so easy to walk

Not enough parking and I'm not convinced it was free at the garage as promised.

location is fine.

The lady staff at the front desk is not friendly at all. also the bed is dirty, my husband and I have the bed bugs bites over the legs and hands...

Near night market.

The toilet floor is very slippery. Not suitable for elderly or small kids. There is a smell on the pillow. The bed is placed right in front of the window & the sun shine on my face as early as 5am (blind only help to block abit of sunlight). The staff isn’t friendly.

Breakfast selection was good. Room size is decent. Staff is very friendly they even helped us book our car rental service on short notice. Close to train station

Breakfast time could be longer.

Breakfast was excellent. A good spread of local food. It is very near the night market where we had a good time shopping and eating at the stores.

Location is excellent, very near the night market. Breakfast starts quite early and the food spread was good.

The lift abit small and cannot take more people with luggage.

Breadfast spread was reasonably good given that it was a budget hotel.

No windows, however the room size is big for a family size.

Location excellent. Breakfast, while not amazing, was perfectly OK.

Crappy wifi. Family room bed was only 6” of the floor and all furniture was at low height sized for midgets (nothing against midgets).

The staffs are very accommodative. The breakfast is awesome (for me, it's even better than those 5 star hotel)The place is very clean and their housekeeping service is really professional.Very near to Luodong Night Market7 minutes walk to TRA Luodong, which is very convenient for me to travel across Yilan County areas

Hope there will be laundry service provided. (But there are laundry shops nearby)Wifi not available in the room.

All the staff are friendly, buffet breakfast was excellent

Cleanliness can be more improve

Room is big. Simple breakfast is included. Location is very near to laundry and they even borrow the bicycle.

Breakfast is good.

The breakfast area is at the lobby with limited seats/tables. You have to call the receptionist to book your seats/table in advance before heading for breakfast.

Breakfast spread was good, bathroom is big, location is good.

The carpet and interior are dated

Location was good, have variety of food options nearby and near to night market. Room size was ok.

The breakfast area was very small and we had to call to reserve seats, if there were no seats, we had to wait. And the sitting space was pretty small as well, no space to move around freely.

Breakfast was delicious. But it has limited capacity. Some of the customer have to wait.

The water heater is not working well. The hot water come on and off when trying to mix with cold water. My kids were upset that they were unable to get the correct water temperature.

The location was great. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was even more spacious and also clean. The internet was reliable and the morning staff was friendly.

Parking was NOT onsite as indicated; parking is at a private lot a couple of blocks away. While the hotel information should reflect this, the bigger problem is that you are only able to enter an exit once! So if we had wanted to check in and then go out to get dinner and return, that wouldn't have been an option. If this had been a multiple-night stay, that would have meant free parking was offered only for the first night! Absolutely unacceptable for a property advertising free parking (a significant part of how I selected the property). At check in the staff was unhelpful and unwelcoming (the morning staff was much better). Breakfast was disappointing, served in the lobby rather than any sort of dining facility, with items simple left out on the lobby countertop. There are no hot water trays or other efforts to keep things warm, and so breakfast was cold and flavorless, despite only offering a narrow 2 hour window in which breakfast is served. If you can't do better than this while claiming your property to be 3+ stars, then just stop offering breakfast.

The hotel was close to the night market. It was very convenient. There was free parking but not outside the hotel. The breakfast buffet offered many Chinese dishes.

The room was smaller than I expected. The chair in the room was a bit short so I needed to sit very straight to match the height of the desk.
