- There are so many small things not nice making the whole experience unpleasant:- the bed is way too soft- it takes way too long too fill the onsen- there is no sound proofing at all- they provide free snacks at the roof but not keeping them fresh enough- some lights in the room cannot be turned off completly, they just dim down- the AC is quite noisy- the ventilation for the bathroom is too weak, making everything wet- Front door is supposed to be open 8-20 but ever so often it was closed - Check-in is later than other places arround but Checkout is at about the same time and yet the rooms are not extremly clean, quickly wiped at most...Seems like a family run business, but sadly they can't handle it well. Other hotels in the same price range offer a better stay
- We booked this hotel as it was advertised to be an onsen hotel but the water in the bathroom that has a soaking pool is lukewarm. Worse, there was only cold water the next morning. They also highlighted that there was a public area for feet soaking that was confirmed with the hotel before our stay. However, the pools were empty and the taps didn’t work. For breakfast, we had to order and go to collect ourselves. This is the worst representation of onsen hotel there is.

I rated this hotel 5* for being bad. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed for the kind of money paid.
