vasty hotel

The hot spring tub in bathroom.

Friendly staff, conveniently located

Mold in the bathroom, smell in bedroom

Nice and clean place to stay. The room has a spacious toilet with a big spa pool to dip into. Fully enjoyed the experiences .The breakfast is good too.Though the food are almost the same but never feel tired of eating.

Probably at a cheaper rate .

Good location.

One of the room 1001, the curtain can’t block the outside light and make the person sensitive to the light is hard to fall to sleep.

Good location, nice stuff, and a very good breakfast. We will stay again next time when we visit Jiaoxi.

Breakfast was generous and main courses do get changed daily. I love the huge size of room with your own hot spa. Very thoughtful hotel as they provide guest with o-bags and slippers to use during their stay. Drinks and snacks on the house whole day. Very convenient walk to transport and food. Basically located right in the centre of everything

Nothing I can remember!

-Walkable distance from Jiaoxi train station despite slightly further compare to other hotels nearby-free snacks and drinks 24 hours-room has a hot tub -nice decoration at reception areas-smart TV with Disney+, YouTube etc

-no water to flush toilet bowl. It happened twice during our 2 nights stay. First time due to water pump was not opened, we waited about 30mins, second time on second day due to broken pump, the staff was fixing at 1130pm immediately and it took more than an hour to have water-when fixing the toilet bowl, the staffs had to enter the room to investigate. Two staffs had asked if could wear shoes into the room. However, the shoes of second staff were pretty dirty and left the toilet with some footprints. Perhaps the staffs should just take off shoes.-first day the breakfast was pretty good, but second day most of the foods are repeated with slight change. Can have more variety of foods

Great modern hot spring hotel with nice individual in room onsen

Young male English speaking check in staff needs retraining in politeness and costumer service

Very nice, airy lobby. The lounge is open all day for guests to use providing drinks, biscuits, ice lollies. A nice touch. Appreciate that there is basement parking. Like that it is located in an upscale area a short walk away for the busy downtown Jiaoxi.

Free flow of snacks and drinks 24/7, ample parking space, nice hot tub and free movie streaming services

Rooms are clean and spacious. Toothbrushes and toothpase are all provided. Eye masks are also provided in the fridge. Enjoyed the hot spring bath very much. Snacks and drinks are provided 24h. Friendly staff.

Nothing in particular

Nice room with 'onsen' facilities. Nice snacks provided!

mattress was too firm

Room was big and amenities in the room was great!

Breakfast not much variety

The facility is nice and clean with very relaxing atmosphere . The price is in good range comparing to surrounding area

good service, comfort bedroom and affordable price with breakfast.

Really enjoyed my stay. 2 pillows per person. Nice firm mattress. Amazing water pressure, and the huge tub fills really quickly. Rooms were huge and beautiful. Breakfast delicious with a 24 h snack bar. The staff were amazing too. My nephew left behind a watch when we checked out and the staff reached out to us and we were able to get it through courier at our next hotel.

If only there were better movie channels provided on TV :p

Good location, clean and new, friendly staffs, and healthy good breakfast. Good size mineral hot bath tub in the room with a partial Mountain View from our room was nice but the privacy might be a bit of concern.

The facility and the cleanliness.

the location, it's a walking distance and there is a slope that you need to travel up and down whenever you want to go to the city centre.

Bath tub was really nice

Shower was a big leaky such that the bathroom floor got wet

Free snacks, ice cream and drinks 24 hours!rooftop area with pool is so comfy!
