did not accept credits eventhough the app said it was possible. ended up paying myself and not using my existing credits, if i knew this i would have booked this room through another travel agent who was 20% cheaper. and not wasted an entire day communicating with customer service without resolving my issues.also need to pay parking fee.
did not allow to cancel my booking and let me book through other travel agent although booking.com agreed
Very good
