Occasionally visitors from the jungle - the monkey families . Have to be careful and extra careful to ensure doors of the balcony are closed and LATCHED . These guys can open the doors if not latched and can get into ur rooms !

It was my mom’s 60th birthday and the team there- especially Jithin was so so helpful and good… the team made it a memorable experience for my parents… food was excellent…???

certain gaps in the services. 1) waited for the pool towels from the house keeping by checking with them multiple times, but never got them.2) took a spa where I never got the steam sauna which was already included in the service.

Beautiful atmosphere, the views where outstanding such an amazing place! The staff made us feel like royalty we will definitely be visiting again! Great staff great customer service, amazing food !

- The restaurant can be improved with more food options. However the food was good.

The property had great views and direct access to the Chalakudy river which was amazing. The waterfall was also at a walking distance from the resort. Overall we liked the location of the property.

The staff and communication were very disappointing. I booked the property six months in advance, expecting the room to match the photos listed on their Booking.com page. Over the six months, I reached out multiple times to confirm if we could get the same room. Communication was poor—I had to follow up repeatedly before finally receiving a response. When they did reply, they sent photos of a room that appeared identical to the one advertised.However, upon arrival, we were given a completely different room with no windows that looked nothing like the photos they had sent. When I brought this up at check-in, the staff insisted that all the rooms in that category looked the same and claimed the photos I had seen belonged to a higher-priced category. This was false, as I could still see the same photos listed under the room type I had booked.The staff then promised to upgrade our room but never followed through. Beyond the room issue, the same person made other promises during our stay - things we had specifically requested - but failed to deliver on those as well. It felt like they were saying what we wanted to hear in the moment, only to forget about it later. Overall, the lack of professionalism and follow-through left a bad impression.

The food is great. The staff members are very attentive and always there to assist. The hotel and facilities are exceptional.

Great views of the waterfall. The hotel team were super helpful and accommodated anything we needed. The hotel generally was quiet when we stayed there so we could enjoy the space mostly to ourselves.

We took a pool room - the pool itself was quite cold so not useable.

It’s clean.

It’s not value for money. The cost is too high for what it offers. Even the waterfall trek needs extra payment. You have very little to do on the property.

Perfect place to enjoy the beauty of nature. Great Location to three waterfalls, we enjoyed the hike through the jungle. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, Food is just exceptional. The yoga teacher working in the property is very professional as well.

The staff is incredible, only thing that was challenging is the level of English, sometimes we found it hard to communicate. some more fresh vegetables would be also a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was good. The staff’s reception was lovely, and their treatment was very polite. They were friendly and pleasant in their interactions. The hotel is clean and located in a beautiful area. The view of the waterfall from the restaurant and the flowing river is truly stunning. The food at the restaurant was very delicious, and the staff were excellent. We also enjoyed the sounds of the birds, seeing the eagles, and getting close to the monkeys.

The entertainment area is small; I wished it were larger and located in a more vibrant area, especially considering the guests' need for nighttime entertainment. I also hope the existing games will be maintained, with the addition of a pool table, for example, and a dart game. Additionally, the color of the pool water wasn't reassuring for swimming. In such cases, it would be better if the pool were enclosed with glass on all sides and allowed for swimming until 9 PM.

The confusion amongst the staff when I wanted to upgrade from premium villa to presidential villa. Looks like the staff themselves are not clear what’s available and the best that they can offer. Delayed the checkin time

I liked rooms, view from the room, breakfast, music program and even facility for bar!

The facility and rooms are clean. Staff are friendly. The location is close to the falls.

It was my husband's birthday and I requested for some table decoration. They agreed and said it would cost Rs4500 which I paid for. However the decor was the same decor the housekeeping does on the bedsheets within the room and some added napkins on the table. Definitely didn't seem worth the money. Also for dinner they informed a la carte menu items would take 45mimutes to 1 hour and pushed us to take the buffet.

Very frequent power cuts in the property (with power backup although) & the road which leads to the property from Main road could be made better. There are few more resorts in the same road but, it was bumpy with some pot holes (village road), I had to drive very slow as my wife was 6 months pregnant.

The property is located in a beautiful area, wild jungles. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They took care of us every minute.

Extremely professional and courteous staff and their hospitality, delicious food, great amenities, very convenient location and cleanliness in entire hotel.

There is nothing that I can say that I or any of my family members can say that we didn't like. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay at the fullest.

Nice location with great views of river and waterfalls. Loved the wildlife and the monkeys that came to visit on our balcony. Most staff went out of their way to be helpful and even made me a birthday cake which they brought to my room.

The pool was not that clean and was showing signs of being dated. Only 2 sun loungers around the small pool. Be aware that you can only book Taxi through the hotel and therefore we needed up paying double the amount we had paid for similar distance trips but as you are remote, you have no choice to pay.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Niraamaya is exceptional. The staff are absolutely delightful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued. Wonderful ambiance, very relaxing place to stay to retreat from the busyness of the world. I can honestly say this place is amazing, I didn’t want to leave!

No complaints at all. It’s perfect just the way it is.
