Hydel Palace Hotel And Resorts

The property is conveniently located in Athirapally, just a 15-minute drive away from the breathtaking Athirapally waterfalls.

Location was excellent for tourists visiting the falls. Rooms were neat and sanitized. Overall a very good stay option in the vicinity.

Very limited Dinner and breakfast options.

Room was good and location near to atthirapally falls and we loved the swimming pool and the staff where good

Staff very nice and helpful. This is a good hotel for the price.

Meal times were difficult. They tried their best but seemed short staffed.

Disastrous experience

The property is undergoing renovation yet accepting bookings without proper provision for stay. They don't have in house restaurants and with no provision to get food within 1km proximity there was no way this place is suitable for stay. Even more to our shock, they don't have elevator and guests have to take stairs which is unacceptable.

Very helpful manager. Swimming pool.Good price-quality ratio

Name ('resort') and pictures pretend more than there is to it

Property was located in surrounding of palm trees rubber trees banana trees and close by local travel road but quiet.

Not much that we didn’t like.

Service was good. Good value for that location.

The rooms weren't cleaned well. And I think the amenities like towels weren't clean.

I had a wonderful stay at Hydel Palace, especially enjoying the swimming pool. The experience was great overall. While the food was a bit overpriced, it was delicious, and the restaurant was well-maintained. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

location is very good . could take a river bath in the nearby river .Good food .staff were friendly and help ful and I

The toilet floor requires anti slippery tiles.

Good location to the waterfalls, staff were super accommodating and kitchen was support accommodating with making vegan food.

Staffs are really courteous Ms Licy at reception was very helpful and ensured a comfortable stay.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering all the basic amenities one would expect. One of the standout features was the swimming pool—clean, well-kept, and ideal for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. Bad experience for the price we paid

AC was leaking and it did not work for whole night. There is a bath tub without a stopper and no hot water in the shower.

Bad

They didnt provide the room. On the day of check in they called me and informed that they dnt have room and they can arrange in another property. Very bad behaviour from the person who spoke with me.

One of the most outstanding hotels in Athirappilly. The restaurant provided world-class quality with excellent presentation. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and a welcoming nature. The newly renovated rooms at Hydel Palace are truly remarkable. We occupied room number 209, which was equipped with all the necessary modern amenities, meticulously arranged. The addition of the swimming pool is a significant enhancement. The maintenance of the pool is commendable, ensuring its cleanliness at all times.

The play area for the kids and the cheap toiletries.
