A beautiful hotel offering stunning views and very comfortable rooms. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the cuisine is exceptional with unique and memorable dishes. The property is wonderfully situated, very close to the waterfall, adding to the charm of the stay. An absolute pleasure from start to finish.

We stayed in the Panoramic Suite for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was truly a memorable, peaceful, and serene experience from beginning to end.From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the top-notch décor and the very warm, welcoming reception. The front desk team handled everything with professionalism and genuine care. The restaurant staff were always smiling and attentive, the cleaning staff were extremely friendly, and every single person we encountered contributed to making our stay exceptionally comfortable and special.A special note of appreciation goes to Mr. Abel, whose patience and dedication in catering to our food requests were outstanding. He ensured everything was delivered exactly as per our requirements. The chef deserves high praise as well as the food was absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed trying multiple cuisines over the span of just two days.We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary anniversary cake, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, and the room was classy, luxurious, and beautifully designed. The jacuzzi bubble bath facing the waterfall was a highlight and added to the overall sense of relaxation. We fell in love with the interiors, ambient lighting, extremely comfortable bed, and the lavish, luxe bathroom. Everything we needed was already provided in the room so we truly didn’t have to ask for anything.One gesture that deeply touched us was when a member of the cleaning staff noticed us praying on a rug and proactively brought us prayer mats. That level of attentiveness and thoughtfulness speaks volumes about the service culture of this hotel.Special thanks as well to the manager for his warmth and kindness, which made us feel genuinely welcome. To top it all off, we received a gift from the hotel which was completely unexpected and incredibly special. It is a memory we will cherish for a very long time.

We stayed here for a night and the experience was amazing. The staff were very friendly and hospitality was great.The rooms and other amenities were well maintained.Particularly to mention about Abin, Noushed, Vishu & Akshaya took great care of us and the food was excellent.Flora Misty is highly recommended and worth a visit.

The highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking waterfall right on the property. We stayed in a Room with a balcony that offered a front-row seat to the cascade. The constant, soothing roar of the water was the perfect soundtrack to our mornings and evenings.

The price is of five star, but value for money is two star. The training of staff left a lot to be desired.

Everything is perfect about this Hotel. We had a great stay. The view of the falls from the suite is magnificent. The rooms are clean. The restaurant serves delicious food and staff service is excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone for a hassle free fantastic vacation.

First the staff - outstanding and of course the location. You were welcomed with a genuine desire to help you - they took us on trips to see deer and another waterfall. They gave us local tips for the best time to see the sights. The food was delicious- it really felt like a home from home. The whole team were amazing, we would like to commend Abin, Sagheeb, Udeesh, Midhun and Hilary- these are the staff that we had the most interaction with and they have platinum service .

It was a truly wonderful experience, with a fantastic location, a warm and attentive team, and a cheerful ambiance. The food was absolutely amazing, and the relaxing atmosphere made it all the more enjoyable.

We stayed in the panoramic falls view room. It had a spectacular view. All food served was delicious.

The location ‘s only attraction is rhe falls. So you don’t need more than 1D/2N

Fantastic modern hotel in a great location. The view of the falls from the infinity pool is mind-blowing. All mod-cons, very friendly and helpful staff, and excellent food in the restaurant. Sayooj and Rahul looked after us there, and we were treated like royalty. They also went out of their way to make my wife’s big birthday very special. Would definitely book this hotel again.

Excellent hotel. Located in front of the falls. The only downside was the weak air conditioner that couldn't cool the room.

Beautiful view of the falls, very courteous and helpful staff, neat and clean hotel. Hrishikesh at the front desk was of great help. He arranged for us to see the mini falls and elephants. Food was good, chef personally attended to our requests. Overall excellent stay.

Situated in a valley along the river surrounded by nature parks, we booked a suite for 4 days in the modern boutique hotel. The spacious room had an incredible view of the waterfall and the river and was equipped with all luxuries. The Indian culture and hospitality were omnipresent in the hotel. The same applied to the restaurant, where the food was beautifully cooked and with a little consultation, many things were possible. The Athirappilly waterfall, which you overlook, is the main tourist attraction of the region, where there is no mass international tourism yet. During the 4 days we stayed here, we mainly enjoyed a relaxing time.

We encountered multiple problems during our stay at this hotel, which was meant to be a special celebration for my wife’s birthday. We paid approximately 180 euros for one night, but unfortunately, we had to switch rooms twice due to various issues.On the positive side, the staff was polite and accommodating. They upgraded our room and provided us with one that had a beautiful view. However, we were shocked to find a lizard in the room, forcing us to change rooms again.In the second room, we experienced issues with the shower drain being clogged, which left my wife waiting for around 30 minutes, wet and uncomfortable, until we were moved once more.Additionally, we were disappointed by the general lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The hotel did not meet basic hygiene standards, with stains on the bedsheets for 3 rooms in total. When we asked them to clean, the staff member entered shower room with his shoes. You can find the pictures.The breakfast provided was also underwhelming given the price we paid—it lacked variety and quality.Overall, the problems we encountered are unacceptable for the price. With this quality, it feels like a poor value for money.If you’re considering spending this amount on a hotel, there are far better options in the Kerala region that offer superior quality for a less price. Just visit the waterfall daily and go back to Kochi.
