Beds were extremely firm Lack of black out curtains and a light outside our room which was on all night (pictured below at 2am)Lots of dogs barking around the property all night

I love the nature pool in Nil diya mankada. the place is so clean and beautiful BEST PLACE IN UDAWALAWA!

Nil Diya Mankada impressed us with its spotless pool and grounds. The food was fantastic—flavorful and freshly prepared every time. It’s rare to find such a clean and well-maintained hotel with such warm hospitality. We can’t wait to visit again!

The place was soo calm and so beautiful. Staff was very helpful also its soo budge friendly

We had an amazing time at Nil Diya Mankada. The pool was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it a joy to relax in. The food at the open restaurant was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to satisfy everyone in the family. The entire property was spotless and very well-kept. We’ll definitely be back!

Good location to see national park

Dirty, bad food ( one of my family got food poisoning ). Mosquitoes.

Family friendly resort, nice rooms and helpful staff

Nothing it was like something out of a horror movie worst of all there was paintings and pictures all over the dining room of elephants being tortured and killed which we didn’t really think was appropriate and made us feel very uncomfortable

It was dark run down

Manager was very indifferent and unfriendly. Lacks customer service skills.Food way below standard. Poor quality meals. Flies were a big issue when food was served at table. Waiter was polite.Chalet reasonable but poor lighting at night to get to restaurant. We could not wait to make our departure from this resort.

We didn’t like the entire stay at this resort . We cannot recommend this resort to anyone.

Room was fantastic. We will come back again.

SUPERB HOTEL TO RELAX AND GO FOR SAFARI. VERY COMFORTABLE MODERN ROOMS.STAFF WERE HELPFULL. WITH THE HUGE SWIMMING POOL ,WELL MAINTAINED GARDEN AND THE DELICIOUS FOOD EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATION.

It was hard to find, and on a steep entrance - but once arrived - the hosts were absolutely amazing and lovely. The views were sensational, and the walk into town took 10mins along train track breakfast was hugh, and delicious. We wish we stayed for two nights, Ella is so gorgeous.n. We arrived late in the day and were really hungry, the host made us especially tea and toast to keep our stomachs full.

the entrance, but only as i have a bad knee, and that we came from arugam bay, so had surf boards, a but of luggage.....but the staff were ready to help bring our luggage

I had the most amazing experience ever. The owner was so welcoming. The lodge was super authentic and cute and had the safari theme. I couldn’t recommend this enough.

I can’t name a single fault.

Thank you for the most beautiful stay at Nil Diya Mankada Safari Lodge! We truly wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night! From the time of arrival, we felt so welcomed. The facilities, including the pool, garden, and reception area, were well maintained and were warm and inviting. The restaurant offered beautiful food for both breakfast and dinner. And not to mention the wonderful safari we went of in the afternoon where we saw numerous elephants, peacocks, various birds, deer, monitor, and crocodiles. Would highly recommend booking here, don't even hesitate!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nil Diya Mankada. The rooms were clean, modern, and filled with natural materials. The staff was attentive and helpful, and the hotel grounds were stunning. We also enjoyed a great safari tour organized by the hotel at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful design, friendly staff, and convenient amenities.
