The water in the washroom smelled a little sometimes. But it's a very small issue. Faced that everywhere in Tamil Nadu.

Location and breakfast
Room cleaning is better. But can be improved further.
The service was excellent. The breakfast was good. The staff were polite and helpful. The place was clean.
Electricity kept tripping from time to time.
Unacceptable behaviour
Room was not upto the standards. No hand shower & we have to leave immediately. They haven’t refunded me the money paid & waiting to be sorted out
Stay was comfortable.Food is okay. Not so much of varieties for Pure Vegetarian.
Room Service could have been still better.
Hotel Poor Maintenance, Hospitality is very Poor. Staff cooperation very very poor. Very worst stay.
The drive way & parking facility is good. Restaurant was good.
The bathroom under the wash basin was leaking. The decor of bathroom to improve. Housekeeping and room cleaning to mop
They turned me back having got the confirmation of my booking, which cause a lot of inconvenience of hopping from one hotel to the other for accommodation. I will never recommend this hotel for their rude behaviour.
