I had booked through booking.com for 26th March 2025 for one day. The site had assured included complementar breakfast. But the staff said that Iam not eligible for it. When I asked whether online booking through Apps will not ensure complementary breakfast ; he said that it will be provided. But he said there is an option which has to be ticked etc : which was not at all clear. The booking agency has clearly indicated that it will be provided. Complementary breakfast is just a gesture from the hotel and it does not need any request from a customer. It amounts to begging to be provided as such.

The WiFi didn’t work, some of the staff were rude and unhelpful, and it was very very loud (next to a busy road and had building work happening within the hotel which we weren’t informed of).

Location is the only good thing

Worst room for the cost . The toilets were sub standard. The bed was not good. Very hard bed. The room just had extra mirrors. I called the Hotel reception and shared the feedback but the feedback was not even considered.

The location is in the heart of the city.

The hotel is very old .Not maintained.Bed bugs , AC not functioning, toilet not upto the mark.Food was average.Will not recommend.

Good ambience. Room was very clean and cosy. Room service and reception were too kind and caring. Esp with the elderly they took almost care.

Our manager stay here last and current visit both time he should me before book hotel i am informed your staff by very much of disappointed charge 2000 but not worth near janaki 1500 it's good i am not said our manager he from Mangalore this time and last time booked your hotel he is shoulding next surly he ia not preferred room was not cleaned ac leavel not good

The staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel's ground floor was hit by by a flood due to heavy rain. They were still cleaning and and fixing damages. For example, the lift didn't work on the day we arrived. So we had to climb a floor above with luggages to check in at a temporary set up for reception. We booked a hotel with lift because my mother-in-law had problems with her leg, and can't climb stairs without being in pain. She had to climb up and down the stairs few times the day we arrived as we had to go out to eat. We booked room just one day before staying, so they could have informed us the facilities were still in repair and helped us.The landline was broken, which we assume is due to the flood. The hotel has an alternative phone number which was a mobile number. None picked when we called on that number. We tried several times on three different days. None picks up. But when I called booking.com customer service asking for a number to contact hotel, they had the same number as we had. And someone picked up when booking.com staff called and made enquiry to the manager. She told me to re-try the mobile number I had as it works. But again... none picked up ever.Cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms are poor. They are tidy but not clean or maintained well. It is not at all a room that you expect for the price. So I give the doubt that the reception, not working of lift and the landline is due to the flooding of their ground floor. But manager or staff not picking calls on mobile phone after we repeatedly calling, poor maintenance of floor and walls of bedrooms, etc can't be excused. But to add on ... the staff at the premise were amazing. they were really helpful.

The focus of the staff was not client friendly. Little things were neglected and we are forced to demand the agreed facilities. The wash room could not be closed as it had a bulge somewhere.Felt as if the management is taking the clients for granted.

No coffe/tea from 6am, unable to provide by management, but morning free tiffin service is good.

Should be provided Morning Coffee or tea, even though high quality of rooms and service are available

While booking thro online, the room rent shown as Rs 1912 +GST, per day, but, on billing the amount Rs2942 in cluding GST, resulted as differs with, booking time. Myself self booked on the basis of the reduced rent, but on check in, the amount is increased, why this, as a result of the room rent, myself cheated
