Hotel Apple Tree

Clean facilities and courteous staff - always smiling and helpful.

Road works / construction at the entrance making it difficult to get in the car.

Buffet Breakfast spread is good. Location is at the bypass where all the interstate buses are stopping. It is convenient for someone traveling by bus coach. The hotel building also has bar "Mint" in the basement.

Airport drop offered by hotel is expensive.

1. It would be good if the rooms were sound proof at least to some extent. It was a bit noisy and you could hear the horn sounds from the road.

Great location, amazing food, wonderful staff. Had a great few nights here

Everything was great

Had comfortable stay for 2 days, Neat rooms with excellent service. Price is on the higher side though.

Breakfast food quality can be improved, few items tasted not well.

Very well maintained.Friendly front office staff especially Mr Guru who checked us in, Ms Esther and Ms Meena who confirmed our stay through a phone call and checked us out. Mr Gopal of the Corryander Restaurant was extremely helpful in making sure we had the best food at all times.

Nothing in particular. The mini fridge in one of the three rooms I booked was not working.

Food was exceptionally good. Really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner.

Probably the entrance can be improved. Coming from the main road the ambience to the entrance like clean road with some plants.

location, Staffs and Especially Ms. Esther.

almost everything is great, just the bed need some repair work

We had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were helpful, and courteous. The breakfast spread was excellent. The quality of dishes during dinner was outstanding. Our compliments to the chef, Mr.Selvam. Personal touches in the room such as jasmine flowers and chikki for bedtime was a delight. The bathrooms were clean, the hot water showers worked well. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The hotel arranged taxi service which was convenient, though the initial quote for the service was slightly off.

Need Bathroom mats for the bathroom floor.

Taste

The rooms should be done up again The furnishings though clean are old

Very good breakfast. Location is good. Quite place which I like. YAS Mall, waterpark and the surroundings are good. Clean area. Hope to return when the weather is cooler for long stay. I am here just to see the place for future bookings..

Nothing. Hope price will not rocket. Not much to dislike. Only water park opening times will be extended. Early opening time and late closing time. Midday is too hot for lot of people, I believe definitely to me.
