    Cons -

    • We were really disappointed in our stay at this hotel. It very much felt like an Instagram vs. reality situation. First off, check in was packed when we arrived. You had to take a number and wait to be called, about 30 minutes for us. After that, we went to check out the beach…only to find it completely closed! You couldn’t even walk down to the beach, as the stairs were barricaded and the beach filled with trash. Management should be ashamed! They need to clean the beach off and open it for, at a minimum, walking along, but swimming too! How can you have a resort name Jindo BEACH resort that has a trashed beach you can only look at from above?! Our second huge issue here is that they nickle and dime you for literally EVERYTHING. We ended up having to spend triple what we had budgeted for, which is a real shame for a large family like ours. The pool is stunning…but costs 35,000 won per person per day. And even with paying, there are weird rules. Like you can only leave once during the day and only for a two hour period. So your kid needs a nap after swimming all morning….it better be less than two hours or you can’t re-enter. Want to sit down while you’re at the pool? You’ll pay 70,000 won to rent two chair and an umbrella. Your kids need a life jacket to swim in the largest pool…you pay for those. Oh, and while the pool looks gorgeous…it is PACKED! Like hundreds of people just standing around trying to take pictures along the edge to make it look like nobody is around. Overall, we had a really bad experience here. While the respite facilities are beautiful, you’re pretty secluded, so you are pretty much at the mercy of the resort for food and activities. With the beach closed and the restaurants being extremely pricey, you will be spending money at every turn. We will save our money next time and return to Jeju for half the price and a 10x better experience. I can’t recommend this resort, especially if you have a larger family. It’s completely unreasonable.
    • No gym or fitness facility at all.
    • employer at the grill house. She who is yellow hair showed bad attitude when my spouse asked fork for my kid.

Location was great to drive to. Rooms were a little less than par w American resort quality, but still very clean. Unless you are a member everything is priced individually out of pocket. The infinity pool people just stand around in floaties including kids and adults alike. We mostly relaxed and enjoyed the island.

Do not like that everything is a la carte pricing. When I think resort things are usually included, but nothing was included with the overnight stay.

Super property. Our downfall was no car. Property not close to town or miracle sea area. Had to cab it.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Nice view of the ocean from the large room. Good selection of Korean/American/Chinese food. Very nice sunset view from the scenic walk path around the hotel. Did not use the pool but it looked really nice also.

The location and the facilities are extraordinary.

It is primarily a lace fit families and kids. A bit busy for a couple.

    6TOMPosted on: 7-28-2023

The room was clean and cozy.

The swimming pool was packed with people. They need to add the break time to control the people and water quality.

    5soohunPosted on: 5-4-2023

There is no bath towels available and no cups for drinking or toothbrush. No cabinet for clothes.

    3YounPosted on: 7-7-2022

The natural scenery around the hotel is beautiful.

Basically, there were no items that a hotel should have. Towels are only small in size and 5 sheets a day... There was no conditioner and no toilet paper, so I had to ask for it. A level that is not even comparable to that of a local motel...

Beautiful sea view, impressing building architecture, especially in evenings when the lighting is on.Well planned facilities, provide you with everything you might need. Spa zone and outdoor pools also are well designed and have beautiful sea view.

Breakfast and seafood restaurant are highly recommended. The room was clean and very comfortable, with great view of the beach (you can't go to the beach or swim). The property is stunning at night and infinity pool is beautiful if you can see it when there are no kids/children... but you can only see it this way in advertising materials. See photos below for what you will see at the pool ALL DAY... expectation (ads) vs. Reality!

The property was amazing, but MISLEADING and not as advertised. Marketing materials misrepresent the hotel as a romantic and peaceful getaway, however the resort is FULL of families and children. There is no support for English speakers, so no foreigners should ever stay here without a Korean guest or ability to speak Korean. We had to fight with the Manager to take advantage of the "Infinity Pool package" as we purchased it on Booking.com, which was a negative experience of the trip overall. I do not recommend this hotel for couples, or anyone except families. The infinity pool & jacuzzi is amazing, but you will never get to see it without hundreds of children except if you wait 15mins before close (10pm). The "Pub" food was terrible, the pizza was like plastic/cardboard and even though it has a sign for 19+, it was full of kids and families. Not worth the money at all, despite the beautiful property. Needs better overall management 100%!
