The staff were friendly and helpful The landscape on the site was wonderful and the food was excellent

No alcohol was served and we weren’t informed of this when booking The bathrooms needed upgrading . And the bedroom needed a though clean The nearest airport was a 4 hour drive away

Environmentally friendly. Very clean and they use filtered water so we didn’t get sick once drinking tap water. Food was delicious and the kids loved the pool and daily activities. Beds were comfortable and rooms were cosy. Fantastic extra services like tea man coming around to the rooms or night cap hot chocolate for the kids. Extremely close to the safari.

They use something to smoke out the plants - I just hope it wasn’t pesticides.

Key card did not work multiple times even after replacing them. It needs to be fixed

Cleanliness inside the room.

Very nice property with different types of accommodation and a number of activities. The hotel helped with the safari booking with pick up and drop off at the hotel - that was very convenient.

Most of the items on the menu were not to our taste.

Good location. Super spacious rooms . Great facilities for kids to play around .Evening activity was also entertaining.

Food is expensive

We stayed two nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Loved the hotel room with balcony, that is surrounded by trees and creepers. Room was very spacious, clean, has all amenities. Loved the breakfast and dinner too. The service provided by the staff was extraordinary. They are very hard working, well mannered, always ready to help. What I liked the most about the hotel is the complimentary snacks in the evenings and hot milk after dinner. It felt like home. I thank everyone in the hotel for giving us a memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location, garden reception

Poorly maintained rooms with broken hot water system, water pooling in bathroom ruined our holiday. The staff and facilities are not coordinated.Food was way below average for the facility. Low value for money.

All the staff and the facilities provided were amazing! Special mention:1] Welcome ritual which showed us how they value the customers 2] Housie activity, which the staff had planned one evening, was well organized and we had lots of fun! 3] Dining hall staff are very attentive and polite - they made sure that we were able to enjoy our meals to the fullest4] Artist with the 'ektara' instrument (might have got the name wrong) plays a variety of Hindi songs beautifullyI am sure I have missed few more things. Overall our stay was very memorable. Thank You!

Nice rooms

Whoever goes to Gir want to see the lions safari. Advice of the reception and travel team were non-existent or wrong. Very disappointing.Fern-Staff: provide training to your team!!

I liked forest resort

Nice breakfast and lunch and the best location

We liked the property and the surrounding greenery. It was very peaceful.

Non-veg food was very spicy. During breakfast, there were insects in an around the buffet table. Some dishes even had insects fallen in it making the food completely inedible. The food was cold too. Not at all hygenic. Service was very slow as well.The technician at the spa had a good idea of how to massage but all the other basic necessities were lacking. No basic questions such as what kind of pressure would one want or are there any allergies or past illnesses etc were asked. The treatment room was unkempt. The technician didn't bother to pull the curtains down during the process of the treatment. Noise from the swimming pool could easily be heard since the spa facility is just above the pool area and that completely negated the idea of a relaxing spa facility.

Beautiful property with nature. Covered with trees. Wooden work in rooms made it beautiful. Balcony with a view of monkeys on tree was scary but interesting amd enjoyable. Food was good. Activities planned were good. Prompt staff. Very good treatment.

Tribal dance in the evening and activities to keep kids busy and separate recreational area having board games

2 of our 4 rooms had no hot water on both dates of our stay despite reporting the issue after the first morning of our stay . Staff response and attitude unsatisfactory Shower handles in poor state of maintenance In one of our rooms we could not stop the water and housekeeping slow to respond

Nice, clean resort & rioms, friendly staff, esp. Dining hall. Excellent variety of food (we vegetarians enjoyed). Evening entertainment karoke, etc. Pool table.
