Amidhara Resort

There was water leaks from the roof on two seperate days. The mattress was smaller than the bead. The common area was unclean and the wall had paint pealing off the wall.The breakfast service was poor as they were short of staff. On the positive side the pool was clean and well maintained.

Location inaccurate and impractical

The hotel location is intentionally, and fraudulently, incorrect. It is not in the centre of town but rather a few km away down a dark road

It is a big resort with lots of trees. By look it is good.

Room given to us smells. Bathroom doesn't seems to be cleaned since ages. It is a tired property need a big internal renovation. Restaurant in the resort is pricey.

Hotel is good but all the food items including mineral water were expensive.

Did not like the food. Food option was very limited.

No hot water, Jayantibhai was good to bring hot water in buckets. Receipt was given without managers signature. One manager was excellent in greeting but the other had no smile of enthusiasm Looks that the tourists have abused the furniture and cabinets, so it was below our expectations.

The resort is pretty close to the Sinh Sadan pickup point, that was convenient to have. They also provided good food for Breakfast and Dinner. They serve you a full 5-6 course meal unlimited portions which is included in the booking.

The staff members were confusing, they had an argument with our driver because of which he had to leave the premises and dine elsewhere. Furthermore, when I ordered water / tea to my room, different staff members provided contradictory answers because of which our experience was tampered.The facilities and games were all wither broken or poor quality. The room was tiny.

Food was fine.

Property is old and is not upto date. Hot water was not available, tissue paper was not available into the bathroom. Ample toilet paper was not available, enough shampoo, soap and towels were not available. Rooms furniture was outdated and worn out.

Property charged premium rates but did not give a premium feel, Leaky walls, smelly rooms and bathrooms, breakfast was pretty average, resort was understaffed

Location for Sasan Gir safari is excellant. Somnath Temple is 41 KM by road. Has parking failities. Villa is good but needs renovations.

Approach of General Manager is absolutlty un professional. Though I am entile for late check-out being member at Genius Level 3, was not allowed till 13:00 hours. Their check-in time is 14;00 hours. Since we stuck in trafik near to resort and sent photo on Resort whatsapp number and informed that will reach by 12;30 to 12;45, GM took my un-packed luggage out of the room. GM rough and started shouting in public.I said to him on phone that I don't grant any permission to open the room and take my laggage out of the room as I wolid reach in 15 to 20 minutes. I actually reached also. You can't trust such management.Because of such attitute and behavior, I don't recommod the property.I also reques the Booking.com to remove this property form the app.The management is not professional up to the standered of 3 star or 4 star property, they have very chip mentality.

The staff are extremely helpful . They went out of that their way to make us comfortable. The food is excellent - great spread and very tasty. The room was spacious .

The maintenance of the rooms could be better. Cleanliness needs to be improved

The location is very near to the main centre -Sasan Gir. Breakfast was very delicious.

There is nothing such we didn't like but the property is required to be maintained.

We spent 2 nights here. The hotel is very close to the safari starting point (5 min by car) wich is really good for the morning safari. We had rooms and 1bungalow. Bungalows are nice and much better for family when rooms are a little bit old and smelly but very clean. Very good service and friendly staff who tried to do their best to give you a very good stay. Swiming pool is clean and big enough and they provide you towels. Food is good and you have a variety of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner (only buffets).You have a playground for kids and enough space for them to play outside without any danger. They organise some dance performance in the evening time. We had a very good stay and could recommend this place!

They have great facilities with a games room, restaurant and pool. They had good food and accomodating staff with good WiFi. They made exceptions for our check out time as we had a safari booked in the morning so let us check out an hour later.

The games room had lots of games but many were not usable such as a table tennis table without a ball and a pool table with only one cue with no tip. They also did not accept international card payment but allowed us to bank transfer instead.

Staff were lovely, food was good (although 190 for steamed rice is ridiculous), facilities were good!

OLD resort with old furniture and now it is out of all standrads, one star type only

Veggie breakfast only no eggs also. Okay breakfast and dinner. Good quality.

Resort could have arranged for some evening activities bonfire etc

Only few items, person said we have two rooms rented so only few items. Wasn't ready 730am, sambhar was cold.

The unwillingness of the website booking staff to even come on the line to resolve our issues. We had booked the room for two days but we could not come in the first day because our cars tyre burst . We had told them before still they charged for full two days.
