The seats at the restaurant were very dirty. Also flies appear as soon as food is brought out. The bathroom was dirty around the edges of the bathroomThe food for lunch and dinner was the same

This is an excellent choice if you want a comfortable, relaxed stay while going on safari in Gir NP (which, incidentally, was spectacular). The manager speaks good English and went out of his way to make sure everything was alright for us. The rooms were clean and modern, the staff consistently friendly and helpful and the restaurant food (veg) excellent. We didn't use it but the hotel has a link with another in the area with a swimming pool so if you're at a lose end for an afternoon.... Altogether highly recommended.

Only thing I liked about the hotel is it's location. Walkable dustance from Sinh sadan. Food rates are reasonable. Taste is OK.

Can be considered single * hotel. Room size is pretty small with no balcony and no view. Service is pathetic. Have to wait for a minimum half an hour for anything ordered. TV not working (not recharged ) even after complaining. No spoon, milk and tea sachets not enough. Overall not a good experience considering Rs. 5000/- paid for each night.

Very near to GIR sansdan office.

Can park only 3 cars in front of the hotel on first come basis. Staff are very rude and not willing to help. TV was not working. They switched off the lift in the night. Bathroom was not cleaned and kept unhygienic. Request for ala carte breakfast was straight away declined. Will not recommend for anyone. They collect the money upfront.

The location was terrific for going to the Gir safari starting point - just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms were clean and aesthetically done. ACs were working well and so was the lift. Food was decent too, given that Sasangir is basically a village. Probably the best/only budget hotel with all amenities close to the safari park and in the center of the village.

There could be better food options and the restaurant system could be a bit more organised.

Horrible condition of cleanliness in room. Ceiling fan had not been cleaned for ages. Big bunches of hairs in room as well as bathroom. Flow of water in shower, just trickling. Shower area drain was chocking. Bed sheet was soiled. Very poor quality of toiletry in bathroom. Breakfast was included in tariff, but no buffet was laid. Very limited options in a la carte, very slow service. Dining area was smelling.

Very good and neat Hotel.we liked the location which is very near to gir national park and sanctuary.from bed to bathroom evrything was clean and neat..staff were also polite.

Only Jain food options were not available...

We came for the safari and the entrance to the Sinh sadan is few yards away and very convenient.

We booked a superior double room which said 2 double beds and ‘hot tub’ in room. It’s a lie. No 2 beds The picture showed sitting chairs with coffee table but there was none. They said that it is the room that we booked. We arrived late and tired so was in no mood to exchange words. Unfortunately there was no toiletries, no toilet roll and even complimentary drinking water! We had to call them and ask everything!When we arrived from the morning safari for breakfast, we were provided with Plain parata, subzi, poha, cut papaya and canned juice. Not a buffet. I am unhappy with the room provided for the exorbitant price taken . However the staff were polite and helpful

The room size is decent and relatively clean.

Menu options are limited. Only 2 500 ml bottles for drinking water are given. Additional ones are chargeable. Rooms could have been a bit cleaner.Mattresses were a bit soft. Parking space is a constraint.

I stayed in room 211, the bath room was not designed economically, it was clutched and cramped. Very horrible.

GOOD FOOD . STAFF MANAGED FAIRLY WELL TO KEEP UP WITH THE RUSH TIMES IN THE RESTAURANT. THE CHEF WAS TOO GOOD BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE ONLY THING WE HAD TO ASK FOR WAS CHAIRS WHICH COULD BE PLACED AND MOVED WITHIN THE ROOMS FOR A CONVENIENT FAMILY SIT - TOGETHER.

MOVABLE CHAIRS WERE ABSENT IN EACH ROOM. ALTHOUGH A SOFA WAS THERE. YET FOR A FAMILY TO SIT AND CHAT TOGETHER , THIS WAS NOT SO CONVENIENT.
