The location, all restaurant, family mart and macd is at walking distance ny. Which i find it good

Lol. The hotel itself. To be specific.This hotel can consider to stay if emergency for one night if u see No choise means.Price i paid was RM62.50 per night for standard queen bed room.Receptionist, were ok to me. They talk like every human being do. I understand the pressure they r going through. Because the owner is having pricing issue sets by the online booking marketers ( OYO , Booking.com , Agoda , ect ) the Online Booking Marketers set the pricing lower witout the owners permission.So when u arrive there, they say they wont let us checkin if the online booking marketers shows us the pricing per night for 1 room lower thn RM50.Lucky for me booking sets the pricing per night above RM50.I think cause of this issue. The owner lose its customer and slowly this hotel which is situated in a stategic location lose its quality as well.Imagine a room without a TV!. And bed with burned hole and the ciggarate smell. Uff! I Advice ALL ONLINE BOOKING MARKETERS TO RESPECT THE OWNERS PRICINGS PER NIGHT! . IF u fookers cant able to market the hotel according to the price. Dont pressure the owners and end up losing the hotel value itself. Im a business man myself. I do understand how u online hotel marketers control its market by devalueing the hotels morale. So for god sake, please respect people business and help them if can so customers like us wont be facing such stress!.

Everything was off. Booked for 2 nights but stay only for 1 night. Location, bad, it was very dark at night, staff friends hanging out outside lobby, didn't feel safe, smelt of cigarette. Ambience, bad. Room smelt bad. Floor was dirty. Cannot use card to pay. Stayed in budget hotel before but never had such bad experienced. So bad

Only 1 staff in counter,very rude when speaking in phone,not in counter when customer check in or check out,have to wait ,when i call he said going out for lunch! No staff to replace him...

Bigger size of bed

- receptionist unfriendly - difficult to reach room due to no signboard - dirty at staircase - Aircond not cool - cigarettes in toilet - only 2 channels of television

Room size and beds are comfy. Walking distance to McD and Family Mart.

Toilet door broken. Cannot close and lock properly. No TV reception. Air cond unit is old and not that cold. No remote control to change settings. The area has bad mobile phone signals.

Overall was good, staff is very helpful & very kind. I am satisfied and will return

I wouldnt say didnt like, just some minor improvements can be done such as Aircond remote needs to be in each room and curtain can be replace with a better (probably some rooms)

1) no proper signboard outside to go up into the room at level 3 - not elderly friendly 2) room is at different building of the hotel 3) air cond is not functioning well 4) tv remote is not available 5) body wash is not available 6) room is too small 7) qiblat is facing the toilet door 8) water cooler is not functioning well

Mattress was comfy

Dustbin was full of used tissues when we checked in. TV was not working. Complained but was said the maintainance staff was not avaliable to check the issue. No dressing table nor cupboard to keep clothes Cigarette ashes on the TV table including the drawers. No hot water avaliable in the room
