Pros +
- Perfectly adequate clean comfortable good value
- Good location and very quiet.
- Calm place to rest and recover. Staff tended to keep away, but were always attentive when approached. Decent breakfast. Useful balconies.
Cons -
- 2 days of Cold showers as water heater wasn't working in the room.Breakfast was pretty average and most of it cold like the eggs. Instant coffee, no milk just what I hoped was creamer. If your a coffee drinker and like a nice breakfast I'd probably eat elsewhere.
- Breakfast options were often cold and although placed on burners, they were uuually turned off. Lmited fruit, usually only watermelon, no juice of any kind. Coffee and chocolate were from instant :( Air filters need to be changed to remove the mold smells. Although cleaned with disinfectant, the smell of mold was present.
- Location a bit far away from the centre. Breakfast was not to the standard I expected.

Friendly staff and the driver was exceptionally helpful.

The staff was very friendlyThe reception area was very cleanThe dining area was very cleanVery safe - like all the hotels we stayed in in Thailand
The breakfast was very basic but definitely not the standard we experienced so far at hotels in ThailandThe room had no facilities (kettle, coffee, tea, sugar or milk) to make yourself something to drinkVery very noisy
quiet, friendly, clean & safe - we arrived from CM early & were allowed to check in 10am which helped a lot!
breakfast service which is essentially a simple thai buffet is a little tired & jaded - eggs are pre-cooked so can be cold and unappetising - ants in sugar & milk-powder but that is not uncommon - yet preventable with sealed sachets available instead.
