Best Western Royal Buriram Hotel

Clean and great location.

Only 1 channel in English and that was a news channel from France. Repeating every 15 mins.

The rooms are a good size and excellent cleaning service. It's incredibly quiet, and the beds are the best I've EVER slept in. I love a FIRM Bed, it's so good for my back.

The stupid lost key fee. Marriot, Siam Design, Letermint. None of them charged a steep 500b lost key fee (Marriot and Siam don't charge at all). Best Western (of which I'm a member) in the USA doesn't charge a key fee. This is not a plastic keycard that is probably a few bt and can be deactivated by the computer. There is no reason to gouge the guest like this. It was one thing but soured me on Best Western Thailand in the future.

The bed was rough, the hotel looked a lot just like an apartment building. All the tiles , decors , sheets , breakfast. We stayed in many cheaper hotels in Buriram before but we got a lot more from the price we paid. In my opinion this property ain’t no great value for money.

The reaction of the staff to the fact that we had no streaming water in our bathroom was adequate.

The Superior room we booked had a queen size bed instead of King size as stated. Also there was no streaming water in the bathroom, we were not able to shower. We got another room (standard room, but with King size bed, what should only be Queen size). In this room we had water, but barely enough pressure to get the shampoo out of your hair. Next morning water pressure was ok.The room was not very clean. The television only gave noise (on all channels). The aircon was not cold. And finally the breakfast was very disappointing. There was a choice of 3 sets, but the only difference between the sets was that you could choose between a boiled egg, fried egg or omelette.

room cleaning not everyday ! only every 2 days .. sheets were broken and there are no new sheets .you can not get secondary key for second person , they say it is a hotel policy ! I never ever seen such thing before

The check in was good and the staff helpful and friendly. The swimming pool and surrounds were nice. The room amenities were ok with a reasonable size bathroom. A fridge and kettle.

The beds were plinths with the mattress on top. The mattress tended to move when you sat on or got into the bed. The balcony was little more than a shelf for the air-con unit to sit on. It wasn’t big enough to out on- you couldn’t even fit a chair on it. The hot water was luke warm. Wouldn’t be s problem if the weather was hot but it was actually quite cold during our stay. The breakfast was poor - the buffet was not available as too few customers . None of the three fixed options were particularly appealing.
