Amari Buriram United

Comfy bed and huge bathroom

A bit old

Very impressive on arrival and spoke very good English. Lady was very good and friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Service before arriving with changes accommodated professionally, promptly and politely by Marisa. Very clean room and pool area. Close to Chang International Circuit.

I booked too late and could not stay for all my dates and had to move to an inferior property. Lucky for those who booked early.

Good location Very clean staff were good.

A little expensive.

Clean decent hotel comparableWith 4star hotel. Staff is excellent and extremely helpful! Nice pool as well and good spicy food on the restaurant.

There is not much to not like, it’s actually all good.

Great location, great food very comfortable.

Comfy bed, relaxed atmosphere.

Location

Bad WiFi, not clear tv, nobody offer to help when we arrive in front of hotel

Great staff. Lovely grounds. Good food. Excellent location for football racing and shops. Bike rental for free.

Slight stale smell in room. Pool beds need attention.

Nice hotel clean close to stadium

I recently stayed in 9 different hotels in Thailand. This is by far my favorite hotel.Staff was amazing and breakfast was brilliant. Best choice breakfast I've had in ThailandPool was lovely

I loved everything

Pleasant

Very noicy area, many speediing motobikes in the area and loud music fron market

Good breakfast, staff very friendly and good location near by restaurant.

Proximity to Race Circuit.Bathroom and shower Not noisy, quiet room

Cold food at Breakfast time and limited buffet

Excellent swimming pool and excellent service from staff. Especially food to your room.Accomodating all our special request without question ...for an extra bed for one night to help us with children.. definitely would stay here again

Just had to be a little careful around the pool with several different levels which when wet could be quite slippy. All in all excellent though.

The manager Chewin is great. He really tried to help and listen. He even upgraded our TV to a smart TV. We liked the swimming pool and the overall look and design of the hotel. The staff were nice too. Breakfast variety. Water pressure. Staff. Organic rice for sale.

Lighting. No USB charging. Location of toilet roll holders. Lack of towels and towel holders. Flickery lamp. Musty smell. No exhaust fans. Need rubber mats around the terrace door. Dry cheese burger and old bun. Cold bacon, baked beans and fried tomato - hash browns at breakfast. Mystery 250 bt charge on expensive lunch tab. Not clearly marked free or pay water bottles.

Staff was the best I've seen. Breakfast was very good.

The pool area is looking aged now

staffs are nicehotel location is good

Pillows are not comfortable at all

The convenience of location to the immigration office and visa agent office. Generally quiet and low key. Mostly very friendly and accommodating staff. I really liked one of the breakfast staff remembered my girlfriend from our previous visit when she was very sick. Checking in is very good and staff helped to change a twin room to a double at short notice. Check in staff offered to help carry my enormous suitcase up the stairs to the room since there is no lift available.

I didn’t like the way my girlfriend had her breakfast omelette order “demoted” behind the order of a large table of all Thai guests. Even though she ordered first it was “forgotten” about. Then when reordering the omelette receive a plain one and not what was ordered. Didn’t bother to order eggs again here. Also didn’t like the way a “manager” in the morning just ignores most of the guests and talks to people she thinks are important. It makes you feel a bit unwelcome and not really wanting to spend any money here. It’s a really strange attitude given a male chef and other staff are extremely friendly. WiFi in the room was poor as usual and no change since last year.

Never stay there again

The food was coldThe beer was warmThe TV didn't work The staff no good

everything food service and staff 5 star service .Best hotel I have stayed in on 4 visits to Thailand

no negatives at all
