Phanomrungpuri Hotel

Very good breakfast. Nice common areas.

The rooms are a bit dated.

Good, all round hotel.Good parking facilities. Excellent bed & bedding.Excellent dining area outside with bar service. Outstanding breakfast, considering the overall price.Good swimming pool.Excellent staff.

Nothing to complain about.

Large room, clean. Good location to visit Phanom Rung and Muang Tham.

Hotel needs a makeover. The rooms are big but a little bit sad. I had no bottles of water in my room but it was quickly corrected.

The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The room is large with everything. Breakfast ok close to pool. Very good stay

The pool and restaurant, gardens, decor and ambience.

The staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable and the food was amazing. We enjoyed the Pool and the Gym. The cocktails were also very good.

I think the bathrooms could be updated, I didnt enjoy having a window from the bathroom to the bedroom or having a shower/bath. There was no lights for the bed only. Sometimes it was hard to find staff around the dining/pool area and we had to go find someone.

Service impeccable, breakfast simple but with a fair variety of choices and well made. Room clean, bed comfortable

no complaint at all

Swimming pool. Breakfast. Secure parking. Friendly staff. Tid bits of historical information sprinkled around the hotel to learn.

All was good.

Very friendly staff, super clean, nice pool. We would definitely come back!

Everything was good. Good breakfast Room clean.staff very helpful.

There is no English t.v stationOnly Thai stations

Everything was fine meeting expectations. Large room, quiet, good breakfast and good restaurant at site.

Nothing to mention

Was ok

The reception lady was very unfriendly, price advertised at the hotel was 990 THB but booking.com charged us 1079.10 THB so we felt taken for a ride by booking.com???? When I told the lady I pay only 990THB as advertised she got angry and said I must pay the expensive price quoted by booking.com, so I did. Sent multiple messages to booking.com but no answer.

Central location. Spick and span. Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was excellent.

No individual safe in each room.

Simple but very clean, pleasant and efficient. Excellent place for a short stopover. Very good value for money.

Breakfast just ok.

Super nice stay highly recommended there is a magic garden with a bar cocktails and good food and a pool and amazing music

Breakfast could be better for sure

Amazing place to stay away from the not so appealing conceate city of surin. Pure paradise with super well designed high quality bungalow. Extraordinary garden with pond and fontaine... Chery on the cake 2 cute labradors.. NOt to miss if you are around

Leaving

Bad

Requested a quiet room for a good night's sleep. Was woken up at 1 a.m. by a screaming woman in the room across from mine. She screamed -- with her door wide open -- for a half hour, apparently at her farang husband/boyfriend. So much for a quiet room and a good night's sleep. At breakfast I asked for a tea bag. I was told that the hotel had no tea bags. So much for a good breakfast before my eight-hour drive back home.Unreal...

Many choices of breakfast and delicious and very helpful staff

Stay for too short period

Pool area, great for relaxing with a beer and a book. Restaurant open all day, good food.

Dated rooms, traffic noise, bathroom tiles a bit mucky.

This is a very nice hotel. My room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and I had a bathtub. The hotel has a pool and a garden where you can relax, have a drink and eat. The food was good. The staff is friendly and helpfull. They arranged a taxi for me to visit Phanom Rung and Muang Tum, which took half a day.
