the bed, and the breakfast was good also.

Being a modern hotel it was in pristine condition with all facilities clean and working. The room size was excellent and well laid out. The air conditioner was efficient and quiet in operation. The roof bar and restaurant is a gem. It has a great atmosphere and the views of the city are superb. The cocktails list is extensive and the food well presented and delicious, it’s a must go to even if you don’t stay at the hotel.

I didn’t find anything l disliked about the hotel

There was no safe deposit box in the room, plus they did not provide an ironing broad

Clean, van service to Burirum Marathon

I was in queue to check-in. A customer before me just finished his check-in. There were 2 staffs at counter and 3 staffs inside the room behind the counter. No other customer, only me in the lobby. No one talk to me, they just did something for 5 minutes. Then I spoke I want to check-in. They said "wait"...

Big room, comfortable bed, strong shower. Good location.

Staff didn't speak any English, breakfast very limited.

Clean the room in proper way.Have someone who speak English in the reseption in evenings. Not a 16y boy who only speak tvai and have to call someone everytime you ask something (because he did not understand the wuestion).Breakfast is until 10. At 9, there is no fruit, no jogurts, no thai ricesoup, sausages are is cold in sater…. Disaster, inly coffey to drink.

Room was a good size, bed was very good.

No end tables and no chair to sit and relax

Not much. Really struggling to think of something that was better than average at this hotel.

- checked in at 8PM by the security guard since no receptionist available. Room keycard not properly activated so back down to wait for receptionist to arrive. Keycard activated and we get to the room. At 3AM some people tried to get into our room banging loudly on our door waking us up. They went away and returned at 3:30AM along with the security guard again waking us up. Told him to go away as we had been checked into the room. Receptionist calls room at 4AM. Told them not to bother us again as clearly they had screwed up. Wife spoke with them in the morning. Typically “sorry, not sorry” attitude. Never provided my passport details or any ID at all for the room. Security issue for other travellers??- breakfast is just a few options of lukewarm Thai dishes, rice and eggs. Western food is canned sausages and toast and fried eggs. They also have coffee and orange juice. No fruit, dairy products or cereals. Thankfully there is an excellent cafe across the road offering good coffee and cake. - rooftop bar closed Monday and Tuesday. As is room the service. There is a beer garden which has a small food menu. When we visited none of few food options could be ordered.- prior to our stay we called and asked about a spare bed for a child in our room. Told it was not a problem at all and one could always be provided - no need to book. When we then went to request the bed we were told that nothing was available. - each time you leave the room the WiFi needs to be reconnected. Gets a bit frustrating after a while. Not a big issue but why? - no customer service whatsoever. With the exception of the housekeeping staff, staff generally not interested at all to communicate with guests. No smile, welcome greeting, casual small talk. Nothing. Zero. We gave up after a few days.

The room was clean and very spacious. The staff were very helpful and provided all the support we needed. We were also able to store our luggage after check-out.

Did get a little bit noisy on the Monday morning as lots of people were checking out as the Motogp had finished

it was not very clean. Sharing the bathroom with the spiders and the other bugs was not fun for me. the spit stains on the mirror and bathroom sink were disgusting, mold growing in the shower

Nothing except a little noise outside

The breakfast supplied had a good selection to choose from, was very tasty with lovely surroundings. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and bright. The view from my room some people wouldn't appreciate, I did. Good secruity. Lovely pool. Nearby shops and food. Locals very friendly and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere, unspoiled by tourism.

Nothing, I wouldn't change a thing.

Good breakfast: eegs, juice, coffe and tee. Some rice and soups also. Room was really big for hotel, Hilton has smaller rooms.

Breakfast should start at 6:30 but was late like 20 minutes. The fridge in room was broken
